Great place for kids activity but they need to improve the time delay in activities

A great experience for kids. They encounter real life scenarios and get involved in working at different facilities. I have visited many times but in my last visit I noticed that many areas are closed and need some maintenance. The overall experience is good however.

Good but way overcrowded with Summer Camps! We went on a Wednesday at 12pm and the place was full with kids from several summer camps. Most stations were overcrowded and waiting time was very long. Later most summer camps left at around 2:30pm and suddenly the place was almost empty (also not fun for the kids). Maybe going on Saturday or Sunday with good traffic but without the summer camps would be better.

We our now convinced that the place is for kids above maybe 7 years! Our kids 5 years and 3 years were engaged only with few stations (fire station, police station, Pepsi , and Juice factory) out of many.

We also noticed that many of the staff at the stations (some still under training) are either disengaged with kids, bored from kids, or just overwhelmed with the crowded stations. Many of the staff are very young and lack the experience to deal with young kids.

On the positive side, the place has a lot of activities. The concept and design of the place is well thought of. There is also a theater, fast food restaurants, clean toilets, and big car parking.

They charge 40,000 LBP for kids and 20,000 LBP for Toddlers (limited access to few stations). The prices are reasonable given that your kids can easily spend 3-4 hours. But the 20,000 LBP they charge for accompanying adults is honestly stupid and not just justified since parents can only watch their kids!

Overall good place but maybe not for our kids at this age. We might visit again when they grow older.

The concept of KidzMondo is great. The facility and activities are well planned and appropriate for kids to to about 12 years of age. Unfortunately the staff really ruin the experience. My kids were quick to point out that most of the activities were not available because the staff members running the activities were more interested in socializing (aka fraternizing) with each other than interacting with the children.

The children will love it. Many activities that provides learning with fun. Unfortunately some activities were closed

Every time we visit Lebanon, we go to kids mondo as my kid love(d) it. It is a great concept, but unfortunately, our experience has been degrading. Our last visit was horrible. Mainly I noticed it became toooo commercialized. Many of the stations were just brainwashing for the kids! Instead of an active and entertaining station, the kids would go in and the staff would lock the door for 15 mn and talk about all the products the company has to offer. My kid would come out after some of the stations saying too much talking ! Of course after the brain washing they give the kid a 10 KM bill so the kid is satisfied but bored! Well after KM visit my kid refused to use our shampoo at home as it harms the eyes since the guy at KM pharmacy told her that only their product is safe for the eyes! Another thing that I notice is failing is the staff energy and mood. On our first visit, most of the staff was so engaging with the kids, they smiled and spread a very positive energy. On the last visit, many of the staff was bored, slow, and very uninterested in kids. Unfortunately, I don t think my kid will ask to go to KM anymore on our next short visit to Lebanon.

Great place for kids. New experience and something new. Some of te staff we re very friendly abd helful, when others were not motivated at all!

What I didn t like is that not all the staff speaks French, which didn t help actually.
And I didn t get the 20.000LBP for adults, you can t participate, and you don t get anything with it..

Love The idea itself , it is expensive though and must have a limit for children inside as we spend too much time waiting for our turn to play . The place is clean, now well maintained ( last time i visited it was not) but for the programs they do they need more staff or to hire part time performers rather than pulling out the staff from the playing rooms.

My Birthday Girl Cataleya enjoyed with her friends to the max....the place is 100% safe...the crew is very professional and are paying attention to every kid...Thumbs up!!!

An entertainment and educational complex is essential for generations

Fantastic place for kids to learn and try. There is no games there to play like a park. It's educative activity. Kids can be a doctor, dentist, security agent, recycle man, construction worker, hotel staff, plane captain, car washing, car repairing, fiul station, rally driver and some other things.
The entrance is expensive. You can't have food with you, you may buy there.

Really amazig place for kids. Bit expensive if there is no offer. Kids loved it, but didn't have the chance to do all activities, was very crowded!
Highly recommended.

Very interesting concept designed to teach the kids about the value of working to make money so they can spend it. Kids do various "jobs" to earn kid cash. For example, fire fighter, mailman, exterminator, tv studio anchor, painter etc. They can spend their kid cash on jobs that make them treats, or arts and crafts, or toys. It may be a little too advanced for kids 6 and under. Probably the ideal age is around 9-11 years old. There is nothing much for parents to do. Very safe place with lots of caring staff. The most adult food for lunch is Burger King though. They have free wifi that's strictly limited to one hour. They didn't tell us that upon entry and I used my hour up and couldn't use it to request an Uber Home.

Kids are having fun. But it is very hot. The AC doesnt seem to be working or the temp should be lowered. The kids are sweating.

It is a very nice place as well its excellent to kids u can stay in it approxcmetri 4 hours and they have the power to let the kids know how they use the money and they have places to eat in

I had a very nice experience over here as a kid because this place makes you feel like a grown-up because there are many activities that are like work. there is pilot, firefighter, archeologist, gardener, doctor, food manufacturer, chocolate maker, car washer, racer, roastery owner. It is very fun especially with your friends. you can split up with your friends and go accomplish jobs and join the kidzmondo money so that you can buy items from the item store such as toys, drones, and little games. Too bad I can't go the place anymore because there is coronavirus.

The place has closed some of its best attractions, unfortunately, the ones my kids liked. It is Way OVERPRICED........for the activities available. This was our last visit to kidsmondo, as we used to go each time we visited Lebanon.

40,000 LBP - spend your money at better places that offer kids more opportunities to partake in their activities.

Great comparing to other countries. Just dont bring many adults inside while your kids play they charge too much for adults for unknown reasons. But that is followed in such places
