Well-equipped facility in Dallas area with very solid power infrastructure, physical plant and on-site security. Lack of on-site Network Operations Center means very poor response when something goes wrong. Network infrastructure is entirely subcontracted, which can further degrade response times. Was a mostly satisfied customer until multiple outages in consecutive years caused us to look elsewhere. Fine print in the contract regarding termination costs is nothing short of deceptive. Recommend looking elsewhere for a colocation partner in Dallas.
