I used the factory warranty on my laptop and this is where they sent it to be repaired. The service was very fast and they shipped it back (after being repaired) in a very nice, safe package. I'm very impressed. I was very hesitant to ship off my laptop, but they didn't let me down.

These are not certified repair technicians. This place is horrific. They had my laptop for over 2 weeks and did not fix a thing. It came back in the exact same nonworking condition in which I sent it, besides the packaging, which another reviewer noted to be pretty stupendous. Ya know what would have been truly stupendous? Had they included any note of what they did. Not one slip of paper was enclosed.
They received my laptop on Friday, June 23rd. I got a call on Wednesday June 28th asking for the passcode and issue with the computer (all of which were included in the box when I shipped it.) The issue is simple in nature, my monitor won't turn on while the laptop is clearly powered on and everyone (the original manufacturer included) suggested it was likely a hard drive issue. I decided to go with Amazon (through which I originally purchased my computer) for relays because quite frankly, I didn't want to spend the shipping cost to send it back to the original manufacturer. Huge mistake on my part. Amazon had no idea where my computer even was during that 2 weeks. Intelisol, Inc obviously holds no responsiblity for the repair and simply just collects on the repair invoice they create. They are contracted out by Amazon and supposed to uphold some set of standards. The easiest one being, repair the item in which you are entrusted to repair. Not only did they fail on that main objective, they failed on keeping Amazon or I in the loop of what was going on.
Sherry Gafford being the main contact is completely unreachable by phone, or any other form of contact. They need to run a tighter ship in that basement where they are doing all these repairs. This is not a legitimate business whatsoever and I'll do whatever I can to ensure it gets shut down or at the very least shown to light. Don't trust these people with your products, your personal devices. It's not worth the headache, they don't deserve the money in which they haven't earned. Intelisol Inc is not a credible business. Ps- hey guys, if you're trying to appear legitimate, you should probably consider altering the punctuation in your company name to reflect an incorporated business. Intelisol, Inc. Not Intelisol Inc.,
Hooligans.
