I ve been waiting months to get my son therapy. Every step of the process never moves forward unless I call and have to talk to people until I m blue in the face to get things moving. Let s just say I m still waiting for the plan of care to be sent to my doctor that I suppose has been sitting on someone s desk waiting to be attended to. I had the evaluation two weeks ago and was told by son would be getting care at his daycare within a week of his evaluation. Mind you, I waited a month after the referral to get the evaluation. Every time I call, nothing from previous conversations is documented and the person is totally lost at to what I m talking about. If you want your child to receive real care in a descent time frame, please don t go to this place. My son isn t receiving the therapy he REALLY needs in the midst of this unorganized mess. I could literally shed tears right now. Totally frustrating experience.

They discharged my son for us having to take a week vacation. Told me they were going to put him on hold next thing i knew they we're calling me to tell me. That my son therapist is no longer available. His spot was taken and they had no other therapist to replace his last therapist. Said they were low on therapist and they would be discharging my son . poor poor service!

I've called 4 times since the initial referral and no one has called me back.

Can't get ahold of other medical records department in and can't get ahold of the therapists supervisor even your little patient portal app don't even work and when you order hard copies of the notes and everything of the sessions they were they give some kind of excuse on why you can't get the hard copies of the sessions

Your rep is a bad driver!! Tried merging in my lane when there was no space for her to merge all the while you can tell she is talking to someone. No regard of who is on the road!

The worse experience ever Rachel .was the Rudest therapist ever .

Very disappointed with this company. Had a great evaluation with a speech therapist then waited a month for me to call them and have them tell me they already discharged my daughter due to not having a drs authorization. They didn't bother to call or email me telling me I needed this. Very bad communication and I'm going to look for another company to work with. The speech therapist was great and so nice but this company doesn't care about helping kids.

I absolutely love my sons speech therapist Paige she is very understanding and organized very helpful.

Love my son's physical and speech therapist. They are the best!
Office benefit dept. needs improved in a lots of areas

My sons SLP was fanominal she was a awesome helper she gave him a voice unfortunately she left so we didnt get another SLP but I would take her back any day.

Ms. Victoria is awesome. Isreal adores her and she has helped him tremendously. She is so organized and always prepared. Great communication and flexibility when needed. He gets very excited when she comes and really enjoys the lessons that he is learning. His speech has improved where his grandparents can understand him more as he articulates his words properly. I m am very pleased and satisfied with her work. I was visiting from Colorado to help my daughter after her surgery and witnessed first hand how great Victoria is.

KidsCare has been a great source of therapists for my son over the last 6years. We love our therapists!

I would like to give Kudos to my grandson therapist "Krystal in Houston Texas". My grandson has Autism with verbalization deficit, as a retired nurse I can truly see the progress he is making with his therapist. She is so knowledgeable in her field, she works well with him when other therapist in Houston was not as successful. She understands his needs and his diagnosis. Her plan of care is designed to meet both. Thank you for all you do Krystal!!

Very poor communication. Out of a total of about 7 phone calls, only 1 was actually answered before the voicemail kicked in. The rest of our conversation with them happened between voicemails. After about 3 weeks of back and forth with them, we had been told to wait a couple of days while they matched our son with a therapist. We then received a voicemail saying that they didn't have anyone available, and they didn't know when they would. It was a frustrating back and forth process that ended with them telling us they couldn't help us, even though they were the ones who reached out to us to begin with. Now, almost a month later, we still don't have any help for our 19 month old struggling with delayed speech.

We were referred by our sons PCP to get speech therapy for him. We scheduled and paid for them to come to our house to do an evaluation. They did the evaluation. While doing the evaluation I told the therapist he was approved for medicaid and we were told we wouldn't need to make further payments that our primary insurance would cover 80% and Medicaid would cover the remaining 20%. Then a month later called and told us he was approved for therapy and needed to collect more payment before they could schedule another appointment. I said what payment Medicaid is supposed to pay the remaining fee. They asked for the Medicaid number again and said they will call back after verifying. Never got a call but just got a letter saying my son is discharged and wont recieve therapy because there is no staff in our area . There was staff in the area when I paid out of pocket but now Medicaid covers my cost the staff doesn't exist.

Terrible to work with. My daughter was recommended for therapy in July. It has taken until September for them to tell me they do not have a therapist in our area for her and they are discharging her as a patient. A therapist came to our home the beginning of August and evaluated her and then called me the week after to inform me she was approved and I did not hear back from them until today and they inform me she no longer works with them. I should have been called a long time ago to be informed of this. Terrible communication! I work as a nurse and know this field and this is terrible business!!

The therapist who came to our home, though nice and friendly, was extremely disorganized and the appointment lasted much longer than scheduled. In addition, their sole focus is on money and not the kids. After the first session we heard nothing for 2 weeks and then they called to tell us that they had insurance approval and wanted to collect co-pays for the entire month in advance before even scheduling a single appointment. Then repeated phone calls and a text not asking if we would like to schedule, but asking for payment for the following month with nothing even scheduled once again.
