KICTL handles import / export cargo, pretty much like Karachi Port Trust. A group company of 'The Hutchinson Whampoa Group' in Hong Kong, they have regional offices in other countries too and report to the head office in HK.

Only tuc shop is allowed for visitors after navy officials permission guarding the road and kict officials

This is no public place,it is a port site, initially the crude oil is stored here n then sent to refineries n upcountry.
Not a good place for enjoyment. . .normally hot whether conditions
