I have been using 360 for several years and they have always been professional and courteous.

I recently went to an interview here and everyone was really pleasant and helpful. Claire led the session and was a friendly face, helping to reassure those who were nervous.

Very rude unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I had some very insulting unprofessional email correspondence from Thomas Joseph who works for 360 Recruitment and forwarded these disrespectful emails to a lady at 360 as she wouldn't give me a contact name or email address of the correct person to complain to? I doubt my complaint has been looked into correctly as I'm sure they try to hide complaints from their CEO's!

Very poor all round experience.

I found 360 resourcing like one of the few genuine recruitment agencies out there. My experience was great with Summer although there were some complication in the end. After using several recruitment agencies, I believe 360 are really there for recruiting unlike other agencies that are passing candidates and calling you to fill your profile. They are real recruiters.

5 MINUTES INTO THE INTERVIEW 3 PEOPLE WALKED OUT 2 MINUTES LATER I WALKED OUT MYSELF... TAKE FROM THAT WHAT YOUD LIKE!

Not even worth a half a star. I applied for a job with a bed company and received an email telling me what time to go for an interview. Dates then changed and I was told the interview was for Photo Me retailers. They're advertising jobs that I don't think they have. Will not deal with them again.

Applied for numerous jobs over the years and despite having interviews with every agency ive aplied with, these always say im not qualified enough.... i dont even think half the jobs are real!

Had an interview on Wednesday with Claire, one of the most pleasant interviews I've had. Would definitely recommend.

Was contacted by a Guy named Rob, said he had an opportunity for me and I was skeptical at first. But I am now in my dream job and was guided all the way through the processes so professionally and meticulously by Rob. Couldn t have been more proficient.

Very helpful and pleasant to deal with , I would recommend them again and if I fancy a change in career I will use them . Katy was very helpful and kept me in the loop during lockdown

Terrible company, invited me for 3 interviews, I attended all 3 then they said they'll be in contact to give me results, and they cut communication from me. Sent numerous emails, texts and calls to no avail. This company is a waste of time and resources, making their name quite ironic. I presume the 360 comes from the fact they take you full circle and leave you in the same spot you started off in.

What a retarded interview process they have, waste of time. Avoid if you can.

My experience with 360 Resourcing was exceptionally fantastic.
The reception was very warm and the interview process was handled very professionally and in a very friendly atmosphere. I immediately felt relaxed which i believe consequently helped my level of output and synthesis of the interview process and requirements.
Whatever happens i will always relish this experience and the positive impact it had on me.

So a month or so ago i was contacted by a gentleman named Damon say he's got a job opportunity I might be interested in at this point I said I had loads of interviews so cant do any more but ask for job details it peak my interest went on the interview and I start work soon with them but the 5 star isn't for the job nor company but for Damon he has been more then helpful, honest, professional and caring (and I've been a massive pain in the ***) if you have a question he will get a answer and get back to you as soon as possible I would 100000% recommend this champion of recruitment and the company he works for.

I applied for a vacancy and Katie Marnell helped me from start to finish with excellent care and detail to secure the position.
Since then the follow up emails and phone calls to make sure I'm happy and need anything else to help has been totally fantastic.

Awful. I was initially turned down for a position, which would be fine, but 2 weeks later I got an email to say I now had an interview (just a date, no time or certain place), which is pretty poor. I replied, accepting it and asking for more details, and didn't get an answer until the day before the interview, stating all slots had been booked and she would get back to me if more became available. Utter waste of time, avoid if you can

Last week I had a interview with 360 Resourcing Solutions and I'd loved it. The interview started exactly on time. The room where my group had the interview was comfortable, clean and tidy. The instructor of my group was very friendly and she made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Fortunately the second part of the interview was awesome too. My interviewer was (once again) someone who made me feel comfortable and relaxed, this time the interview was with a friendly man. When the interview ended I had the feeling that I did well. Today, I received a phone call from the 360 Resourcing Solutions saying that I did well last week and I could probably got the job. Fingers crossed!!! :) Thank you for your support.

I had a job interview here last week and it was a great place. The rooms were clean and tidy and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. There was also great service as well.
