After-sales service: parking is so narrow that you have to be an informed driver to park there. Staff anything but welcoming and smiling (they clearly don't want to be there). Dirty waiting room that does not represent the brand. Extremely noisy beverage machines while office staff are working next door and / or down. Long waiting time (2h to change 4 tires) despite making an appointment and bad part ordered (for the 3rd time) ... In short, there is a job to improve all that (it was not like that few years ago) !

Driven the Kia Pro-Cee'd (2012) for 8 years. Very satisfied with the family expansion, I decided to buy another Kia car. Where I ordered the new KIA came 2 months !! after the expiry of the delivery period, come up with an explanation that the car was no longer produced. However, I ordered a stock car from the same garage. However, I got 1.5 months !! after the expiry of the 3 weeks delivery period, no more answer, so I started to ring the bell myself and never got another answer until I had called KIA BELGIUM. They made me feel good and thought they would be helped. In the end they pulled the same cart than the garage where I was left in the cold several times. Now I drive another car and will never choose a KIA again. It is a pity that KIA MOTORS BELGIUM does not attach importance to further helping and supporting existing customers who nevertheless want to stay with KIA.

Quality wise:
The quality of the services can be improved. Every time I go with my car for them to fix it they always forget to put back a screw, a cap, a hose. Last time they forgot to put back a hose for the turbine and it was sucking air directly from outside (not from air filter) and it was making a strange noise. When I went to ask them to balance the wheels, they broke 2 wheel bolts, which they changed in warranty, but the new nuts they installed are different than the rest of the nuts.

Price wise:
They try to rip you off with each and every visit. They have an employee which is in charge of pricing. He always gives smaller prices when you ask for a quote and almost always I ended up paying a lot more than what he said. And they refuse to accept the first quote giving the reason "the computer had malfunctioned". Unfortunately, there is only this guy in charge of prices and all other dealers from Belgium call him for a price quote.

I wanted to change a cracked stop light. He said it's 160 euros. I went next day to order and he said the price changed, now is 375 euros.

I wanted to do the service (oil, filters, etc.) I asked how much, everything included. He said 170 euros. After the service, the bill was 450 euros (for the basic service, nothing else changed).
