After-sales service: parking is so narrow that you have to be an informed driver to park there. Staff anything but welcoming and smiling (they clearly don't want to be there). Dirty waiting room that does not represent the brand. Extremely noisy beverage machines while office staff are working next door and / or down. Long waiting time (2h to change 4 tires) despite making an appointment and bad part ordered (for the 3rd time) ... In short, there is a job to improve all that (it was not like that few years ago) !
