We started using Focus wheelchair in March. Parts started showing excessive wear within two months.Contacted Ki Mobility in August with list of problems. Passed down to "Quality"who only acknowledged one problem and said "Oh, I have the fix for that" and sent two washers which the vendor said,"I already put those on".

NEVER replied back to any other problem. Stated we contacted your vendor.The wheelchair is falling apart. The wheelchair was put together wrong at Ki. Following the user manual, the wheelchair can not be adjusted properly.
The frame tubing is so thin the handle is loose. A new handle would be a mute point because the wheelchair frame is broke.
My 12 year old child broke the footplate bolt. They used a small unhardened bolt.
This chair should not be used by anyone for their safety. And, the customer service can barely back pedal enough to try to cover their inadequacy.

If I could give a NEGATIVE RATING I would and I can show pictures and video to verify this poor piece of medical equipment.

How anyone at Ki Mobility can rest with selling such an unsafe wheelchair is beyond me.

I ask you here Ki Mobility, publicly, take back this Ki Mobility Focus CR wheelchair and refund our insurance so we may get another wheelchair.

This is a multi-part review, partly for the product, and partly for the face of this company. Renee has been our point of contact for Ki for the last 10 years. My daughter's very first wheelchair was a Ki, and the reason chose this was Renee. She learnes how to drive her manual chair based on Renee's coaching.
It is time for us to get another chair now, and it is absolutely going to be a Ki Ethos because of Renee.

We've used Ti Lite in the past, and if it weren't for Renee we probably stick with the Ti Lite. But I tell you what, any company that has the presence of mind to hire someone like Renee, I want to support them. This man cares about us. This man wants the best for my family.
Yes, the product is good. But then again, so is Ti Lite. If you need a deciding factor to pick one over another, this representative is as good a reason as you can get.

Just delivered our first wheelchair from Ki. All I can say is "WOW!" If they all are this easy to work on and transport, our patients and their caregivers are going to be really excited. Keep up the good work.

If zero stars were an option that is what I would give. My husband received the Rogue maybe 2 months ago and it is falling apart. This chair is a complete joke. He s had to adjust all the screws on both wheels three times because they keep coming loose. His axles have slipped twice and his right brake fell off today. We have spent more time in the last two months fixing this chair then he has in the last 20 years on any of his quickies. My husband has been in a wheel chair his whole life and this is the first chair that he s sore from sitting in all day AND he upgraded the cushion!!

The technical service person I was working with was rude, and the customer service representative I was working with didn't call me back like he said he would. I don't know if they don't understand what the customers need is, but I certainly know they haven't shown me that they care to find out or help me with my need.
