We started using Focus wheelchair in March. Parts started showing excessive wear within two months.Contacted Ki Mobility in August with list of problems. Passed down to "Quality"who only acknowledged one problem and said "Oh, I have the fix for that" and sent two washers which the vendor said,"I already put those on".
NEVER replied back to any other problem. Stated we contacted your vendor.The wheelchair is falling apart. The wheelchair was put together wrong at Ki. Following the user manual, the wheelchair can not be adjusted properly.
The frame tubing is so thin the handle is loose. A new handle would be a mute point because the wheelchair frame is broke.
My 12 year old child broke the footplate bolt. They used a small unhardened bolt.
This chair should not be used by anyone for their safety. And, the customer service can barely back pedal enough to try to cover their inadequacy.
If I could give a NEGATIVE RATING I would and I can show pictures and video to verify this poor piece of medical equipment.
How anyone at Ki Mobility can rest with selling such an unsafe wheelchair is beyond me.
I ask you here Ki Mobility, publicly, take back this Ki Mobility Focus CR wheelchair and refund our insurance so we may get another wheelchair.
