I don't know which of the two brothers I spoke with but he was nice and although he made it clear that he could not give me advice, he actually listened to me. I wish they could provide services to self represented litigants, that will probably generate them more business.

Spoke to a Tommy on the phone...I've never heard anyone so rude on the phone before!! I couldn't even get in a full sentence w/o him repeating over and over again, "we can't give advice, we can't give advice" I wasn't ASKING for his advice!! but he wouldn't have know that due to the fact I wasn't allowed to get a word in!

Knox Services is unlike typical businesses in that each and every employee is a self directed contributing cog to the wheel. No need for micro management as each individual performs their tasks with efficiency, professionalism, to the highest degree. This is a vital company that excels in their field and is by far, the best of it's kind - and has been for 40 years!

Very Slow, the price is cheap but the service was not good, I went with another company to get my documents served.
