Terrible place to put a family member or even to work food is not up to any standards what so ever. Management is very disappointing keswick will never be a millers grant or anything more than a 2 star worst experience I ve had in my life. Would never recommend any job.

Keswick didn t implement safety measures for my 98 year old moms respite stay. Her fall in the bathroom because of no commode by the bed led to her death. Communicated what was needed for safety. Was told we don t read emails from family ..even though I met with admissions to ensure they could provide what she needed and followed with email.

I was at Keswick for three weeks following heart surgery. The staff is attentive and caring, and the facility is clean and easy to get around in. PT and OT were great. I'm up and about and independent because of my time at Keswick. I can't thank them enough.

A friends grandmother has made claims that she was raped here. Rape kit being processed.

I am not sure how it happened, my paralytic mother's legs were somehow broken. What bothers me the most is that I only discovered this when she had passed. Having my mother's power-of-attorney, I should have been informed... It was very disturbing. Although I understand that her limbs were increasingly frail, the notion that nobody cared enough to tell me, blows my mind.

Aside from that and a few other minor incidents, the services provided were fine, some staff members were wonderful, while others performed their tasks in a lackluster manner.

Keep reports from the state and make false reports against families.

Unsanitary rooms, miscommunication between staff leading to inaccurate care of patients , terrible meals for patients that staff admitted they would not eat themselves and social work never returning phone calls for assistance. Stay away from this place.

I almost died from sepsis. Requested a urine test but it was never done. Was there 2 weeks and spent the second week vomiting. The doctor did not want me to go to the emergency room after I demanded it. Everyone knew how sick I was and no one cares enough to look I to it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This nursing home is ridiculous is very unsanitary and the management is very rude and disorganized.
