Great hotel with professional service in all respects.

Direct access to the exhibition center is right next to Shanghai Expo. There is a shopping center and a metro station with shops of world famous brands underneath. Fair time is very expensive but a good choice for those who care about the time ...

Busy hotel. It is next to the mall and it is convenient to Lomography and there are many dining options, but it is much more expensive than Shanghai average price. There are many local restaurants and massage shops within 10 minutes. Room size is large and free of charge on the first day of stay. Only on the first day, mineral water keeps filling up every day + turn down. Amenity was not surprisingly luxurious.

I love staying at this hotel. Best breakfast in the world. And one of the nicest gym facilities that I've ever seen.

The Meat is a top tier restaurant located in the Kerry hotel. It offers a comendable choice of meats sourced from Australia, each of which is of traceable, hormone free , and organically raised. The taste and price is superior. The side dishes are small, the sauces are not exceptional while the bread, made on the spot, is nearly perfect. Overall, there is still a margin for improvement.

Hardware of the hotel is excellent. However the service staff are hostile and rude. Only merit is the room. Ms Amanda, the cleaner of my room maintain a very high standard in cleanliness and serviced will a smile all the time.
Maybe she is the only staff that smiles. F&B service staff were so friendly even to the house guests.

Hotel has great view and good location with a mall and subway station just beside it . Gym is one of the best I seen in hotels.

This is a wonderful hotel. It may not be in the heart of the city center, but it is in between Century Park and the New International Expo Center. I had a room on the top floor and had amazing views of the city both day and night.

Really nice hotel especially if you're in town for a convention at the adjacent convention center. The hotel is also connected to a mall with a variety of options for food and shopping.

Stay was 3 nights , then 1 night away and then again 1 night in hotel
It was clear that hotel was not fully booked so ui asked if the luggage could stay in the room. This was not possible , however returning for the sleep the last night , I was booked exactly in the same room again . It is not a big thing , but chasing superior satisfaction, Kerry might consider to offer this service

This hotel is so beautiful that you forget it's China. It depends on the room, but the mini bar is very well-equipped, and I was surprised to find that it had even craft beer.

It could have deserved a 5 stars instead .. happy and helpful front decks upgraded me to club room with great view over the garden. At room 2708 also sounds auspicious. The room was great and bed is comfy. However, some areas needs to improve . Toilet standing shower head way way too Low and not sure not placing at in the middle of the shower place but in the left ? The hairdryer is permanently fixed into the wall below the basin and kind of hard to use even I am a typical Asian height. The wifi in the room is the worst and the phone reception are as bad especially received no wifi in the toilet room.! The breakfast place is really nice with lots of food variety to choose from.. great place and great location too..

The hotel is really awesome, especially if you get one of the rooms on top. Beware that the hotel is quite a bit outside of the city center, but close to the neighboring company offices and facilities. Thus it is mainly frequented by business travelers. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. There was a free mini bar in the room. There is a free shuttle service to the maglev that no one uses. The gym is great, and so is the pool.

Most definitely one of the best 5 star I have experienced.

Check In, room cleaning, breakfast and even gym were great, service was very detailed and on point.
The only bad thing is that my room AC did not work, and when requested to be fixed the 1st Time, they said that I should only turn it off, because they had on the heating system.
The second time (After 1st solution did not work) they only provided a fan... room was still hot.
Other than that, service was great and the hotel location is perfect

I was here for the exhibition at the Sniec. The location is superb and connected to the mall. After tiring day, it was so good to just walk a bit and reach my cosy and clean room. Minibar is free and the contents are superb. Club lounge staffs were friendly and attentive particularly Priscilla, Summer, Jim and Ann. They are absolutely cheerful and bubbly which lights up my day.

It is expensive .. How expensive it should be. Because you are close to the Expo site, you have to use it

Very disappointed by the hotel manager that make me pay breakfast that I could not have because I had signed I will have breakfast.
Except my agenda had change and I had to leave hotel early in the morning before breakfast open.
Front desk people were rude about it - I will not go back to the KERRY despite many year going to this hotel.

There were many good restaurants for food. It is convenient because the venue is near while China Joy is held

Everything is perfect except for the breakfast. It is very crowded and the food is generally focused on the Chinese only. However, the overall experience was great.

Very good Hotel to stay in. They have Brewery inside. The bed is quite good. It is right on the main road. They a super gym and swimming pool. They have variety of food options, right from Indian to Continental, Western, etc.. There is a shopping mall besides for all branded stuff. They have very good options in the mall as well. One such I found was Buddisht restaurant. They serve vegan and no onion & garlic restaurant....

Great selection of shops. Quite easy to get lost. Attended a beer festival and a conference. Lots of fun

Security was in place during the epidemic. It is also very convenient to make an appointment in the children's playground. There are not many people in the swimming pool. Breakfast is average.

Good facility, kids friendly (fun activity room), delicious burger and good selection of beers at the Brew.

Although there is only a visit to the conference hall and the cafeteria on the first floor, the quality of the meals here is amazing and worth trying.

Very nice hotel, great proximity to the metro and lots of good food options with a Starbucks and attached shopping mall. Adjacent to the SIECC convention center, very good if you're attending an event there. Definitely pricey, but not crazy. Worth the money for the location.

Room and Hotel are very good.
The Breakfast buffet is outstanding with a rich selection form different regions. The surrounding and the close by centruy park is beautiful

However the quality of the internet connection was simply unacceptable.
Considering the considerable premium for a club room it is disappointing to be sent away the one time I asked for help

It is good to have one of the hotels that I have ever visited in China. 4 to 5 starless little hole? It is really nice and clean. The breakfast itself was delicious too (Kimchi is a Kimchi restaurant.) I was very happy to have a free snack bar in the hotel room once. Accessibility at the exhibition site was very good, so it would be great if you stayed on business trip. There is a shuttle to Disneyland too!

TV was out of order, and found that very late night. Expected well function hotel instead customer reports tech challenge.
