Pacific Guardian Life is an average company. They provide decent services and have an okay customer support. However, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of product offerings and competitive pricing.
Very stingy. They dont like pay what they owe without you forcing them.
This company is a joke. Claimed they never received my papers via mail and 3 times faxing over to them and finally after I told them I'd be coming in personally to hand deliver to them it magically appeared. Took them over 3 weeks to process a $150 check. Everytime I called to check on the status they would constantly tell me something different then the last person I spoke with. I don't understand how this company could be in business when they are operating this way.
I d give this company 0 stars. I ve been out of work for 4 weeks since giving birth. Still no TDI payment, have called multiple times and no one has returned my calls or my emails. Like who s in charge of this company? Who can I reach out too and report this company. Very unprofessional and seriously should not be in business.
Complete garbage. They will not return any calls, no matter how many messages you leave them.
