I went to get Biometrics done for a license and it was a great experience, seamless, fast and efficient and no ink pads involved that was a perfect experience. To add to the already great experience - I asked for my payment receipt a month later as I misplaced the first copy, they sent me an email with the receipt copy within less than one business day.
