Nice Christmas lights and music. Only a few rides where open, I saw Noah's ark and the Pirate running. A lot of kids rides where open. Potato patch was also open. The train display was awesome!

Holiday lights were surprisingly enjoyable. Early January and a family stroll to Kennywood seem like a misfit toy at Christmas!! Our family really enjoyed the light displays, warm food options and classic rides like the Kangaroo!!!

It was a really fun and exciting place! The employees treat you nicely and the rides there are amazing. Food can be a little pricey, but not to bad, and it's worth getting because it is really good. There are tons for famalies to do there for all ages, with rides altering between roller coasters to water based rides to a downright mix of both. I highly recommend coming here and enjoying yourself for a day.

Weak management contributing to out of control lines at food/drink locattion. The employees have zero sense of urgency and stumble around at a less than leisurely pace while the line backs up and crowds all the walkways. We waitied almost an hour for some water and watched all the employees take orders and prepare food like they were half asleep.

Classic Pittsburgh landmark. Some good updates, but the spirit remains. Smaller than big theme parks, but more affordable and shorter ride lines. Lots to do for little kids, whole family.

A cute little "old-timey" kind of park. Situated in a slightly odd area, Kennywood is very picturesque if anything. It has lots of unique rides, but not many big ticket thrill ride like Cedar Point or Six Flags. The park can sometimes be a bit run down or dirty but overall it is pretty nice. I definitely recommend their Night Rider tickets because, from 5 to close it is easy to get on most everything especially if the park isn't too crowded.

Very unique experience. I enjoyed riding all the roller coasters. However, the only disappointing part was that the water rides (Raging Rapids and Pittsburg Plunge) closed early at around 8, so we missed the chance to use them. Black Widow was closed and Steel Curtain was working with just one train, but since these two were announced beforehand, I have no complaints about that.

The new roller coaster, the STEEL CURTAIN is absolutely awesome!!! It is longer than most, tall and has many twists. We road it at night when everything was all lit up, the view from the highest point was beautiful, the girls and I LOVED it!!! The fried oreos and supreme funnel cakes were delicious tonight!

I would like to commend the Kennywood Staff in Kiddieland and Thomas Town for their efforts in these trying times. Sanitizing rides throughout the day and making sure children sanitized their hands before boarding each and every time.
I would've rated the park 5 stars, but many of the attractions were closed and gifts shops were very limited. I know they are just keeping within guidelines set for social distancing and some areas are better left closed.
The catered food provided by the park was very good and would recommend them for large gatherings.

Still like Kennywood. Many memories there. On this day the lines were too long. I was there for 6 hours and rode 4 rides. They only had one car running on the thunderbolt and steel phantom. Over 1 hour wait for the exterminator. They needed to get the lines moving faster by adding cars to the coasters. They knew the attendance by the gate scan. Also waited 25 minutes for Garfields ride just to have it break down right before we got on. They said there was not enough water and the boats were bottoming out. Should have had this ready for the day. I heard alot of complaints from other guests. Still it's a nice local park for us.

Had a great first experience during their Phantom Fright Nights. Several fun and spooky haunted atteactions as well as exciting rides open all evening! The park is filled with creepy and ghoulish areas as you explore and find your way to each attraction.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at kennywood today. There are no water fountains. You have a souvenir cup. Good luck getting a refill without waiting for an hour in a line just for a refill. We brought our handicapped mother to the park. Zero accommodation. They would not allow family members to ride with her. I will never spend a dime in kennywood or on a ticket for that matter. Covid concerns...just wait until you are herded like cattle into the tent for temperature taking no distanceing. No sanitizing the hand rails. The true colors shined today.

Unfortunately, your day starts with the crappiest parking situation you could possibly imagine, but once you make it into the park it is a great place for kids eight years and up. It's not really a great place for kids that are less than 48 in. The food at the park is great, but the facilities are pretty dirty.

On the day we visited there was a massive downpour complete with thunder and lightning but the park remained open. We waited an hour to ride the steel curtain because it had to go through some practice runs to dry it off after the rain stopped. The line was pretty long. I like how they put sprinklers in the netted canopy so people can cool off while waiting. I do have a stiff neck now after riding because there are no head restraints on the back of the seat. It was hard to keep my head from being violently tossed from side to side. My chiropractor's going to love me! The sun came out and the park closed at 10:00....no problems. The only ride that I observed closed was the black widow. Only complaint I would have is that the fudge place only had 5 variety of fudge. We always get some to take home this time they seemed to be sold out.

We go about once a year and I'm always surprised at how long we stay. My oldest daughter is tall enough to go on the bigger rides... And she had a blast. The Racer is a great classic wooden coaster where two trains race each other and run parallel for a good part of the ride. The Whip is another classic that everyone loves. Even the Kangaroo is fun once or twice. Have to try the Phantom and the Thunderbolt.

I took my family of 11 here for a day trip. The older boys loved the bigger roller coasters. My younger boy and girls loved the Kiddieland. We were disappointed that the younger rides were not able to ride the water rides even with an adult. We were also very upset about the prices of food and drinks. We will definitely return when the younger ones get bigger.

All of the rides are fantastic! There's nothing there that's too scary even for people who are new to roller coasters (except maybe the steel curtain). Lines are fairly short and the employees keep everything moving along. The only complaint I have is that the food is way too expensive. Other than that, this place is amazing.

Lines where too long. Not enough staff, took hours for 1 ride. Concession stands not open or not enough people working. Very expensive, extremely hot. Wasnt able to go anywhere when the marching band came through.

Food is too expensive and not all the rides were running at least get enough employees to work before u open the park we spend $50 a ticket to ride not walk around just to find a ride that is open and $3 for a water is ridiculous like i can get 6 for $1 at dollar tree or 1.99 anywhere else
