Before going to them to buy some resins, considering our distance (about 25 Km.), We checked the timetables on the internet.
We come to them in the specified time frames, and a voice on the intercom tells us to come back the next day because the company closes after 3 pm We stress the fact that for us it is a certain commitment and a cost, but nothing to do , internet times are farlocchi!
Ok we take the resin from another supplier, paying more, which then turns out that in turn he buys the resin in this company.
After a year we try again: After the resin, we consult the times on the internet (8:30 - 16:00), and we get in the car.
Arrived at their company at 12:40 we are told that they are closed for lunch until 14!
But I say: This is seriousness? Do not they understand that a customer should not be taken for a ride? Or is it their quality standard?
No comment! Also treated very badly by one of their employees! Never again from Eurodrop !!!!
