Horrible customer care and experience. I have been calling them since January to resolve my issue, they keep giving g fake promises and disconnecting the calls and not do anything about it. McDonald's does much better customer service than these idiots.

Worst company to have a credit card or loan.. aside from high cost of annual membership fee for your credit card, they will charge of other things such as over limit fees even I didn t exceeded the limit of my card.. HIGHEST INTEREST RATE for loan.. payed on time for my loan and after I finish paying 36 payments t, they re asking for a payment of 273 aed for late payment fees.. they try to charges you of the things you don t know, it is same like stealing money from people. No one should trust this kind of company..
Worst customer care, fake offers and promises. Even managers are not trained of dealing with customers especially Mr. Faizal( Floor Manager), if you want to escalate any complaint, they will offer fake call back, which will never happen, you have to call again and again and go through long verification process, which will end up your mobile balance. Also if you post negative feedback in social media, they will remove the post and will block you. Such an irresponsible, not trustworthy Finance Institution, which need to be pointed out to Central Bank and take necessary steps to stop such activities. Be extra careful before joining Dunia Finance.
It is the worst company that can be dealt with by an exploitative company and its clients have the art and experience of lying I dealt with them on the subject of a loan, and I did not complete it because of the high interest. The transaction was canceled.
If you take dunia credit cards, better dont take, i withdraw 2000 dh and they (dunia) charged me 50dh per day..and i paid 2782 dh after knowing this after 10days...thay are cheaters..the representative person is cheater

one of Dunia sales guy Mr. Sayyed convince me to get credit card and they will give a 200AED voucher for free with card. I got the card 4 months before and still calling them to give me voucher and they give different reasons for delay. at the end they told me that the sales persons didn't deliver the vouchers and we fired them. My question is "if you fired your employees, what's the benefit for us"?
It's really bad I got crazy and I get from them 36k And I have to paid back 85k And thy told me from the beginning, in case If close my lone befor 6 months I'll only pay 1 % from total lone . But they cheting me .

They are money makers - Yes. Everybody knows that their interest rate is high and people still take it because of so many personal reasons. Their interest rate is 8 times than any other established bank in UAE. And, they make money out of their customer's crunch situations. This is extremely unethical. I am not sure how by law it is fair to charge a customer 40% interest rate. I took 20000 loan (48 months) and paid 902 each month for 20 months. I went for a foreclosure and I had to pay 15700 when I have already paid 18040 in EMI's.
Even their CC, they charge you on a daily basis and each cash transaction of AED 300 with interest. Whereas other banks at AED 100.
Please do not fall into their trap. It took 20 months for me to come out of it. Dubai police, please help their poor customers.
Believe all the reviews you read. Customer service is horrible!. Upon taking a loan for 20000, I am now paying back 38000 aed. My loan officer said that she would have my documents sent to me however it has not happened Called customer care several times to have Dunia replace money taken from my account for a Dunia credit card that I have not activated and several weeks later it has not been put back. I went to the office and learnt that they do not offer defference in payment for any amount.. .as is the case in was in transition btween jobs and cannot make payments on a timely manner. .your case will be immediately be taken for legal action!!

It all starts with their #sales / relationship #officer who will be after for #commission, give misleading information, false assurance, just to let you #sign up. Of course, a person who needs the #money can't #think properly and won't go into details. Believe me, I am very #meticulous, but I still became a #victim. I took a loan of 20k with reducing #interest rate (per #annum) of 39.9%. The minimum tenor to pay is #36months. If you opt for less, they would say, you can cancel and pay the early settlement, but still, you get a higher interest rate, another misleading. My #monthly #installment is 990dhs. You do the #math, and that is around 35k in total. Imagine! You can't even #run away with it, because they have a #blank #check signed by you, which they can use #against you. If you need a loan, go direct with the bank. Please ..please guys, beware and if you #stumble any #dunia staff along the way, just ignore and don't ever entertain. One more thing, do not #expect a customer service with them at all.
This is the shittiest financial institution in UAE. All are sitting there just for fooling and doing fraud. They are doing unethical business which needs to be highlighted to police and the government. My brother had a credit card with 5000 dhs limit and was given as pre-embosed card along with auto loan. He closed his auto loan & he missed few payments due to job issue and Dunia finance had bounced his cheque with a 100,000dhs. When enquired, non of the staff had any clue about it and started giving jargans. Its very important that Mr Rajeev Kakkar (CEO - Dunia Finance) need to know what is happening in his institution.
If there is a negative 0 here I would rate this company that way. My is 1795 per month due every 10th. For Aug 10 I paid on July 31 for 1800. I got a call today they want 107 dhs more. I asked why of course. He said because May was late and I said yes I know that's why you guys asked me to pay 45 dhs at UAE exchange and I emailed it. He said yes we see that on June 25. Great so what is the 107 dhs for? He would go around the bush and no definite reason they want 107 dhs more. He said we wil debit your bank full amount. For what? He said it's ok it will be consolidated on my statement. Well your consolidated statements are not updated and doubtful. Well, this company is not just a thief but a greedy one. That's why on regular basis I receive emails and SMS that they are shutting down their offices all over UAE. Good riddance. This company is only good pre-sales post sales they are soooo horrible. And their staff are so unprofessional maybe they are not being compensated and lash it out on their paying clients.

Been reading a lot about how bad this company is and i am regretting now why i take loan from this company. I am closing my account to them and paid fees. But again they are asking me to pay another 100 dhs for the clearance letter which was already paid earlier. I waited for exactly 10 days to get the letter but unfortunately i didn t get one. And after paying again the 100 dhs fee they told me to wait for another 7 working days to issue the letter. Again they are making excuses and intentionally delaying the issuance of clearance letter which is as a customer is not acceptable. I didn t have any delayed payment with my loan and i do not tolerate this type of game that they are playing. Horrible and worst company ever! Do not ever trust this company again and deem finance. Please believe me you will not get a peaceful life once you started to deal with them. They are only after your money but no benefit for you at all.
The customer service is very bad, nobody cares about you as a customer and they made some mistake with my overdue which shouldn't be there so now is impacting my score in Credit bureau and they simply doesn't care. I would understand if it was my mistake but IT WAS NOT and on the top today the call center agent his name is Kendret or something like this he was very rude and unprofessional and he was raising his voice...while i just seek help since is not my mistake and i need this to be resolved on time not as per their process which takes more then 10 days since nobody cares about the customers. My advise never get anything from them...they will make your life hell

Worst worst customer service ever , I wish I would have not taken any loan from them . They are the worst finance ever, name changed as deem now , anyone planning to connect with dunia (deem new name) save ur self from wasting ur money and and save urself from stress .
Don t ever believe this guys, the worst customer service ever. I had been leaving the country and tried to settle the debts and had to visit the remote location. Unfortunately it was a Saturday and they took a request that someone would call in a day to discuss but to my surprise I didn t get a call in a week s time. I had to revisit and were told that since there was no solution to the request so that no one called. I would rather leave the country without paying the loan instead of settling it.
They are liar and cheaters. They have so much bad pubilicity that they opened an other subsidiary and named it Deem Finance, thinking people would not know. In the end thier main purpose is to take advantage of and exploit your situation. They prey on the weak and on the people who are in bad situations. I personally had very bad experience with them their sales persons are liar amd intentionally will tell you things to get you in. Once you are a customer you will see the reality and then you can not get out easily they have clauses rules they will push you to pay they will try to squeeze as much money they can and they dont care or have any ethics. One example if you call thier customer service and select yourself as a customer they will not pick your phone or keep you on hold for over 10 min. but if you call them as not a customer they will immediately pick up the phone. This has happenes to me more than 10 times. I even called at 2 AM to check same thing happened. I recommend to not deal with Dunia or Deem Finance.

i go 6 times academic city branch to take clearance certificate but no body caring after they give me release letter but they i go dubai court 3 times. last they ask you bring any person from dunia finance who give you power of attorney release for closing your case against police. after you can go to your country.
Guys never take any sort of finance from this bank. It will kill you before age or cancer does
My colleague Mr. Renjith Vidhyadharan had unfortunately taken one of the Dunia Credit Card with a limit of AED5000.
He managed to only pay his minimum instalments every month until he defaulted for about 3 months. Without informing or asking him why the payment was not made a case was initiated at the Muraqqabat Police Station. He had to fly home on a family emergency and at the airport he finds he has a travel ban on him. There is something called as a professional courtesy where you will need to inform a defaulter of his Police case and Travel Ban.
The outrageous part is that Dunia decided to fill in the blank security cheque that Renjith had given, with an amount of AED100,000 along with the case. The only outstanding amount with the bank was AED17971. I don t understand why Dunia would do something like that.
When my colleague was taken to the holding at the police station, our representative paid the entire outstanding amount directly at the Dunia Office in the DOZ.
The clearance letter was delayed by 2 hours after the payment which caused the police to move my colleague out of holding and to the Aweer Jail. He has been there since 19th of November and can be released only on 6th of December because of the incompetence of the staff at the DOZ office. The manager had said that the Dunia Lawyers will release my colleague from court.
We pleaded to the manager to get the paper in time so that we can release him but the display of attitude was overwhelming and this is after we made the payment.
On top of this the lawyers havent submitted the clearance papers at court and he is still in jail due to that.
Worst customer service ever ive closed my credit card months ago all payments up to date and they still havnt updated me with the credit bureau. Ive been trying to get hold of then for the last 4 hours no answer. I will definatly go back to the credit bureau people and make a complaint about dunia as they are quick to fight for payments but when its the clients asking something the just dont care. They have the highest interest and worst way of talking to people i will not suggest them to anyone.
Disgusting customer service & staffs there have no basic knowledge of talking to their customers. Specially one Mr. Chandan who was abusing over the telephone. Seriously I wonder how are they trained to do their job. all of them seem to be picked from streets with no manners to talk. I think theft would be better than running this company.

The office in Outsource City opens at 9am not at 8am..they should update their timings listed on Google or in ther emails...wasted my time waiting for the office to open...
Dng take lone from duniya, I took 20000 . After 6 month when I went for cancel the loan they told me you balance is 18330 , bullshit company. I paid 900 dhiram installment every month

They are theives. Please everyone avoid this company. I had a credit card with a limit of 2500 AED they kept charging me without telling untill reach the charge 6500AED plus the credit limit. When they are sending the messages they are sending it 3 AM so you will bot ever see Gave me a loan with an interest of 98% And informed me interest rate after getting the loan in my account. If you don t want to be stolen avoid them
