Although I was a "drop-in, " they diagnosed a nail in my tire and fixed it in a timely manner, no charge, and very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that I was given the wrong key to my car, but that was fixed promptly.

I recently started shopping around for a car, and I have visited many dealerships in Eugene, and even the rest of Oregon for the right car. But Kendall Honda is by far the best one in term of customer service and the professionalism and politeness of the employees. Elizabeth in particular helped me look their lot, and she was very patient with me. When you are there ask for her, and you will not be disappointed in term of treatment. She is one of the best.

The good news is that the service department was ...

The good news is that the service department was very flexible with scheduling and was able to get me in at a time that was convenient for me. The bad news is that there was a great deal of disappointment from there. We dropped off the vehicle the day prior and I let the person who took my information know that I needed to get a call back around noon the following day with an update. She made a note of it and assured me this would happen. I also had stressed and she had noted that we had been having issues with one of the features on our pilot. We had hoped to get the sensors recalibrated.

The next day was the downfall. That was when they were actually servicing my vehicle. Noon came and went, followed by 1 o'clock and so on. I ended up calling the service department myself, only to be told that no one was available and that they would leave a message for someone to get back with me soon.By 2 o'clock my husband was calling them. And at that point no one really knew the status of the vehicle. As nice and clean as the facility is, it's very disorganized!

My husband told them we would be down shortly. When we arrived, they still weren't quite clear on where my vehicle was and there was a lot of shuffling and employee discussions. This was not only occurring at the service desk that I was at, it was happening at all of the others as well. The department was crowded with customers waiting for their vehicles and with service writers shuffling their papers looking for documents, even in one another's desks, and asking about the whereabouts of paperwork which should've been better organized. It reminded me of the freeway at rush hour.

They finally located my vehicle and brought it around, thankfully. They then proceeded to let me know that they had not found the issue, were unable to duplicate it and we're very sorry. I asked several questions regarding what they would be able to do. The service writer said that it was good that we had documented this problem. But I asked him what good does it do to document it if you can't replicate it in a test drive? It would still never be resolved if the service tech can never experience the problem. He really didn't have an answer for that. When I asked him another question about my vehicles performance and capabilities, he wasn't sure. That was bad enough, to have a service technician representing the vehicle and not knowing seemingly very much about it. But then he called back to his technician, the one who works on the vehicles, and even he wasn't sure. Here's the topper: when he got off the phone with his technician, and told me neither of them knew the answer to that, he then casually mentioned that I should look it up in the manual.

I have purchased 4 Hondas and all of them at Kendall Honda. The service there used to be stellar. The technicians were attentive, organized and knowledgeable. This guy acted like he just handed me my order of fries and a burger. He was nice enough. But he was pretty ignorant of the vehicles he services. I honestly never thought I would say this about Kendall Honda's service.

Lastly, when I left the vehicle and as I was driving out I look down to see how many miles they have actually driven. When I mentioned the problem we were having, I said that it happened on long drives and I gave him examples of the roads that it typically happened on. These roads were about 15 miles from the dealership. The mileage from when I left it to be serviced to when I'm driving it off the lot? 5 miles. :(

Had an oil change and tire rotation with full point inspection. The inspection reveled the transmission needed to be serviced that it was "dirty" the transmission was serviced at Kendall the prior visit. Also they said the brake pads would need to be replaced soon and they were just done at Kendall as well. Not happy as it feels deceitful if you are not paying attention...

I love the service at this dealership. Most of my interaction with them is in their service department, and I always leave with a safe, well inspected vehicle. While some of the prices are not the lowest, I do find Kendall always steps up when there is an issue, and are always willing to right a wrong.

Our Fit went in to have the driver's side airbag changed out for a recall on it, and upon doing their normal vehicle inspection, Kendall noticed that the battery was not holding any charge. The service technician saw if it was possible to just switch that out as well (since the warranty had just expired 3 weeks ago), and Kendall put a new battery in on the house since it was so close to being under warranty. It's those little things that makes Kendall heads and shoulders above the rest and why we love taking our vehicles their for servicing!

Because of an accident were i burst 2 tires I had to bring my Honda Fit to the dealer ship via tow. I dropped it off at 9pm. I was called at 8am the next morning and after 36+ hours I finally got my Fit back. In that time I had to buy 4 new tires ( told they were in stock). I made two trips to the dealership( my fault) since I thought putting on 4 tires and an alignment should not take all day.( I live in Drain Or - that's 50 miles away.) $710 dollars later I picked it up only to find when I got home that I was to bring it back after 50 miles to have the lug nuts tightened.( No one had the time to tell me that- well it was Saturday)
Dealership was too busy to communicate with me.
I have dealt with Roseburg Honda many times since 2017 and will continue to use them. I will never return to Eugene- Too busy and poor communication.

Don't buy a car here unless you want to spend 6+ hours there and be lied to consistently. I didn't even finance, so that SHOULD have saved time. Horrible experience. Would have walked out if they hadn't had the exact car I had been looking for around town. Horrible customer service. Took over 45 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Any other car lot will attend to you in minutes.
Paid for the car in full. Returned the next day and received worse service! Aren't you supposed to value your customers? Especially when spending a LARGE amount of money? I hope I never have to return to Kendall Honda again. Most the sales people are lazy and the management is worse. Lackadaisical and disrespectful.

They informed me of what needed to be done with my car but also didn't pressure me into getting all the work done. Andrew was a great help, he kept in touch with me regularly and kept me updated. I had to take in two cars for air bag recalls and the did a great job scheduling one right after the other so I still had a car to drive. All the employeesame were very friendly and helpful. My paperwork was short and sweet just how I like it!

Took my car in for an airbag replacement recall. Great looking facility - bunch of people running around looking efficient. That's it. I specifically asked to have a couple of items inspected. Service advisor said "no problem." The inspections may have been done, but I haven't been able to get a report. I've made three separate request and in each case the promised email was not delivered. Seems these guys may be "all hat and no cattle."

Update on 7/22/18
I won't change my rating as I do love this place. However, today we are in the middle of a long road trip and we had a Road trip tune-up all over check here, 3 days ago. All was good and although I did not ask for it and was not in a hurry, they gave me express service for lube oil, 2 filters, fluid check and tire rotation. We drove 400 miles yesterday. Got up at 3:30 am today to beat the I-5 heat and as we left hotel, lot heard/felt a loud noise with tires moving. Pulled over, had everyone get out and observe tires as I moved slowly forward. Looked under rims, checked pressure. Finally, my son notices 2 lug nuts MISSING off the front right tire. Researched that it is unsafe to drive that way. Sat around on a Sunday morning waiting for auto parts store to open. Bought 2 lug nuts and put on ourselves. Noise is gone. Doesn't seem like a big deal... but it is...If we had not left early in the quiet we probably would not of heard or really noticed and continued to drive the California freeways at 70 mph. and had a potentially very dangerous or worse situation. If my son had not noticed missing lug nuts we would be waiting for auto repair place to open on a Sunday still. As it is, we are going to be driving in 100 degree heat later today and we are missing a reservation to a special place tonight that is too late to cancel or get money back.
Express service does not translate good work and can be potentially very dangerous. What if a doctor left stitches off a needed repair......

LOVE this place. Been coming here for decades and 5 cars later I can say they really go the extra mile (pun intended). Hans seems to be a very real, fair and kind manager. Several years back he helped me resolve a tire issue Costco (their tires) would not. Great customer service with personalization. Mindy is one of my favorites;)

Amanda was a Rock Star...I came in when my car was not running correctly. I did not have an appointment. She worked me in and provided a ride home for me. My car was fixed that day with an oil change also. She gave me all the prices ahead of time and explained everything very well. Thank you for excellent service.

My car-buying experience was the easiest I have ever had. I was able to spend time driving the car and at least one other car from a sister dealership on one occasion - thank you Anthony, and then when I was ready to buy, Paul showed me the perfect car, and I said SOLD. Rather than a half day or more, I drove out with my car within 2 hours, after they helped me return my rental car, as well. I highly recommend the people and product Kendall Honda Acura in Eugene has to offer.

I had a really great experience working with Justi...

I had a really great experience working with Justin Lang; he was the sales person who helped me purchase a used Acura. He was really informative about the features on the vehicle and there was no high pressure in the sales process. I did end up having an issue with the Auto Idle Stop related to the battery, but the problem was hard to replicate when I took the car in for service. (I had been gone for a couple months after buying the car so it just sat- no use- which may have had something to do with the battery.) Justin hung in there with me for several months after the purchase, and responded each time I emailed to ask questions. After 3-4 months, I stopped by the lot still having an issue with the Auto Idle Stop. Justin took the car for a test drive and was able to clearly describe the issue to the service dept so they were able to determine that the car needed a new battery, and it s been great ever since. Even though the sale had long since passed, Justin was still my go-to guy, he was always willing to take the time to answer my questions and trouble shoot. He is the best!

Warning. Beware. Make sure Kendall pays off your trade..Received a call from my credit union asking if I was able to make my car payment. Much to my dismay I realized Kendall hadn't payed off my loan as agreed. Almost three weeks had passed since trade. Confronted Kendall finance rep. who provided nothing but lip service. Next day spoke to manager who was nice but provided zero results. Oh by the way, my trade was out for sale even though payoff was not complete. My credit union (thank God) was understanding and shamed Kendall (three weeks later) into finally following through on their contractual obligation. By the way, while we were making the purchase I mentioned to sales staff I was in the market for another vehicle, ( Chevy Silverado ) very soon. Not going to happen. Purchased a 47k Silverado at Guaranty.. Will never be a Kendall customer ever again, and will not recommend any friends or family.

Went in for routine servicing of a Honda CR-V. The online scheduling was poor as I could not get an appt earlier than 2 months out if I wanted to wait for the car. But if I wanted to drop it off, I could get one the next day. So I lied.
The routine service consisted of an oil and filter change, tire rotation (free), and cabin air filters. I told them I d do the air filters myself. When they finished (about 60 minutes), they had done their safety inspection (of course) and everything was okay. Surprisingly, they also told me that the air filters were fine and didn t need replacing. Maybe that would be a different story if I d ask them to replace them, I don t know. But a smart move on their part.

We had our other Honda, a 2016 Civic LX, services - oil change, tire and wheel alignment check, 25,000 mile check. Everything came up roses. Such a great car - nothing needed other than oil change and standard services - runs smooth as silk, great handling and acceleration, great mileage. Kendall never suggests something we don't need, they just do first-rate work. Thank you! June 4, 2020

Great service. Best price, thoroughly professional. All communication was prompt and helpful. Always the best. We had an opportunity to purchase a second Honda Civic LX this year, with very low mileage at a great price. Kendall Honda again was terrific, as we came to an agreement in a very short amount of time, at the right price. I had done my homework on blue book value, and they came in under. In addition, they addressed all of the small items we requested, such as touching up two tiny spots on the paint, new wiper blades, cup holder, etc. As an educated buyer, I have found our experiences with Kendall Honda to be the very best in over 30 years.

Just adding, one year later, the Civic LX is even better than our previous LX. A service maintenance and oil change at 20,000, nothing needed fixing. Great service at Kendall Honda as usual, for a great car. Thank you, Kendall Honda!

Recently had a problem with the air conditioning system on our 2016 Honda Civic LX at 25,0000 miles. The a/c compressor was leaking. As a longtime Honda customer, American Honda worked with Kendall Honda and myself, and the compressor was replaced at reduced cost.Thanks, American Honda, for rewarding a loyal customer with a reduced repair bill, and Kendall Honda for great service, as usual!

Dealers tend to get a bad wrap. I have purchased two new cars from Kendall. They were low pressure and fair. The service dept was honest and didn t try to oversell. Courtesy shuttle was timely and friendly. I ll admit I do drive through oil change elsewhere, due to convenience, but when I need dealer repairs, they do a great job!

They didn't work with me at all. They were completely unwilling to go down on the price of the vehicle and the vehicle was overpriced. I was looking to purchase a Honda Element and I loved the used one that I drove, so it was a bummer to go through their ridiculous game for nothing. I had a 2006 Subaru Outback that needed some work, but nothing they couldn't fix. Both vehicles had the same mileage and were worth the same amount. Not to mention they didn't keep me posted on what was going on and I had to repeatedly e-mail for follow ups. Complete disappointment.

They always check-in with me to discuss costs before proceeding with the work so there are never any surprises on the final bill. This was my second vehicle purchase at Kendall. Had a nice, friendly, non-pushy sales guy; Received a fair trade in value for my car - big difference from low-ball offer from Springfield Lithia. Also, received a fair deal for the new-to-me vehicle - easy negotiation; worth the time spent looking. A couple of simple paperwork issues but easily resolved with good customer service and follow up.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had thanks to to individuals. Most importantly Jacob in Finance. A truly great human being that not only made the financial and paperwork process way but he made it pleasant. I will never work with someone than him, he is simply and utterly amazing. My Salesperson was Jordan and I was truly impressed with the level of knowledge he had about the car that I wanted to buy. On top of that knowledge he was extremely kind and personable. Whatever Kendall is paying these two amazing people IT IS NOT ENOUGH! I will be have writing a letter to Kendall and Honda Corporate to rave about my amazing experience and I will not but a car anywhere else. Wow. I cannot believe how pleasant everything was.

My husband and I went in to trade our Malibu with 90,000 miles for an SUV with fewer miles. We both have bankruptcies in our credit history and we were doubtful we could get what we wanted with the payments we wanted. We were wrong. Court Broughton our skilled sales person and Matt ran our credit and appraised our car and worked with us to get just what we wanted with no hassle or need for back and forth.
We told them what we wanted, what we expected to pay per month and they made it happen. They are friendly, skilled and above all customer orientated. I will highly recommend Court, Matt and Kendall Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. They really listen to what you need and work with you to offer what you want. Excellent customer service!

Always courteous and professional. I never get the feeling they are simply trying to sell me anything unnecessary - they always explain any problems thoroughly and let me know if it's anything that requires immediate attention or if it can wait. I even asked once if it was time to trade up to a new car, and they said my car was solid, and there was no need for it right now. I appreciated that - somebody else would have swooped in and tried to sell me a new car. A little more expensive than other places, but the free courtesy shuttle, guaranteed work, the quality of the work, and ease of scheduling make it worth it.

Came in to Honda Kendall without much knowledge, but salesman, Dan Cagle, provided me with a lot of options and insights and was able to help me decide the best deal in a quick and simple manner. All the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and transparent, which helped me get a great Civic out of the door sweatlessly. I definitely had an enjoyable experience and would recommend others.

I am a regular customer of Kendall and have purchased at least 8 cars from them in the past 15 years. We brought my wife's 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite in earlier this month for 2 reasons: Honda contacted me and advised there was a recall; and there was excessive wind noise from the driver's window. I made the appointment with Gordon, who confirmed they had the recall repair part in stock, and dropped the car off the next day.
At drop-off, Norma checked me in. She advised she could find no record of a recall on the car. I told her Honda told me about it and Gordon confirmed it the prior day. She told me Gordon was a scheduler and probably did not know anything about a recall. She also clearly was skeptical about the wind noise. She said I was free to drop the car off and they would take a look, but she was doubtful they would be able to re-create the noise. There is nothing I like better than a condescending customer service rep.
Later that day Norma called to inform me there was in fact a recall! She just was unable to locate it when I was there. They also confirmed the wind noise which was due to a defective part in the window! They would need the car for a week and wanted to give me a loaner! Now we are getting somewhere.
I stopped in with my wife to pick up the loaner. She asked if I wanted something "comparable" to our van, like a CRV or a Fit. I said I would like something comparable to a $55K 2018 Odyssey Elite. Norma gave me to another tech who responded "well I guess a base model Fit will not do it then!"
In the end we got an Accord, the car was fixed and everything is great. But Kendall needs to retrain their customer service staff.

I bought my CRV here 11 years ago and have loved my car and the service department. I've never gone anywhere else because the service is top notch and I love the way I'm treated. Kendall Honda has been great all through the years. Amanda is one of the BEST service adviser I've worked with, and I've seen a few of them in the last decade. Way to go Kendall for breaking the stereotype and hiring this incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional woman!

I drive a 2001 Honda Civic with a little over 250,000 miles on her. When I'm having car troubles I know I can call Kendall and get her in almost immediately. The auto repairs are pricey, but for me the peace of mind is worth it. Not to mention the customer service is stellar. I can't think of any place in Eugene that is more polite and accommodating to my needs. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and heard, something I don't always experience in a repair shop setting. I would recommend Kendall Honda 110% and have been beyond impressed with their work so far.

This is the second time in a row I ve bought a used car from Kendall and as long as I live in Eugene, I will never go anywhere else. The service here is over the top. The sales team has always been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they aren't pushy.

Not only were they able to help me find an affordable SUV that far exceeded my expectations, they were able to get my lender to cut my APR in half!! If you are looking for any type of car look no further this is the place!

We found the exact vehicle we wanted (Honda Pilot) and once it arrived, we were given instructions on all the bells and whistles. Everyone we dealt with was kind, courteous and very helpful. On 9/6/2016 I called and asked if they could do a safety check on my 2008 Honda Accord as I was leaving the next day for a trip. The problem was a noise that was troublesome. They got me in, they test drove it two times and could not hear the noise, but checked my tires and wheels etc. and said there is nothing wrong. I expected to pay for this service but they charged me nothing. I was so overjoyed that I almost cried. I'm tearing up as I'm writing this as I'm on a fixed income and that helped a lot to know my car is safe and it didn't cost me. I had an awesome experience!! PTL!

I had a new Honda Odyssey Key made last Friday, March 25. Janessa gave me very good service and set up an appointment for me to bring in my car. She was helpful in getting the approval of my extended warranty to pay for the new key. She notified me when the key was ready. The new key worked perfectly. I have appreciated the Kendall Honda service for many years.

On December 2019, I once again had my Odyssey serviced at Kendall. They did an excellent job. The staff was very knowledgeable and a pleasure with which to work.

Amanda walked me through a tough time when my engine failed me. Kendall always has great service though so when I needed help I knew where to go. For little things they are very fast and attentive , this took a few days but they replaced my engine with a used one with only 12K miles for a fair price.

The service I received was very prompt and efficient. They did a great job and were finished early. I then spoke with Ian, their self-labeled nerd salesman, about problems I ve had with Apple CarPlay. He was quite thorough, giving me several things to try.

All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

Newly moved to Eugene this was my 1st experience having my Honda 2000 CR-V worked on, here. From making my appointment to giving information on repair options so I could decide, myself, whether or not to do them, before action was taken, I was treated with consideration. They were as quick as could be expected on their end & provided both comfortable waiting room & transportation during my wait. In comparison to past service from other dealerships & recent quotes, I felt their prices were fair.
There was a little snafu at payment, because the total came to more than they quoted as a total earlier in the day (that I based my decision to move forward on some of the repairs on) . I did feel that it was an honest mistake on the service dept staff's totaling of amounts. There was no BS when I brought it up. They looked & re-looked at figures with me, we saw where the mistake was & they owned up to it. Though they could not take it down to the earlier amount given, (which I understand from a business point of view) they gave me a substantial enough discount that I still felt I paid fair price for services done.
I will take my Honda here for it's next service.

As always, everyone was courteous and efficient. Went in for an oil change and maintenance check. It didn't take long and I was on my way with a free car wash to be used when ever. I am always very satisfied with their work. Their coffee pots were empty and I told them and they immediately made coffee. Thanks, Kendall Honda.

Had a wierd electrical issue with our 2009 Pilot b...

Had a wierd electrical issue with our 2009 Pilot back hatch not working. Went in and they diagnosed it and ordered the part. Went back a few days later for them to fix it. A couple hours later all was good. Rob handled our account and was great about communicating clearly what was going to happen, how long it would take, and how much it would cost for diagnoses, labor and parts. Would recommend going there for service work.

Elizabeth Yoo Lim was the very best associate that I could have asked for. She made the process a breeze and worked with me. This is my first time buying a car so I didn t really have a lot on my credit report but she was able to get me arprpvoed for a very affordable monthly payment. So happy that she helped me drive off the lot with my new car on the same day. My experience at the Kendall Honda in Eugene was nothing short of perfect.

While the service was fine, I sat in their waiting...

While the service was fine, I sat in their waiting area for five hours. This was for a recall plus I figured I would have an oil change while I was there. I took a book and my knitting thinking I would be there a while, but five hours is a little much! To make my day even more tiring, after waiting in line to get my car washed, the man taking money or tickets held up his hand for me to stop and he let two Honda people get. in front of me for the car wash. Can't they wash these cars at a less busy time?

It was great, until I went to,pay my bill. Being 76 and just had surgery on my foot.they had me walk to the far end so I could settle my bill . As I stood there for 5 minutes or longer had me go back to the first one and stand there. It was very difficult because of the pain. Not sure I'll remain a Honda owner.
