Noble, just noble! Incredibly nice, attentive, helpful staff.

Various water sports activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, flyboarding etc., as well as SPA applications are offered for a fee.
Directly on the sandy beach by the large, private pier, where you can either relax on free berths (towel service everywhere and a bar in the middle!) Or in a rented cabana until you can climb down into the sea using your own ladders to refresh yourself can There are of course plenty of showers.
Separately located children's area with a kids' club, games and pool area including a large awning.
In general, very clean, well-kept area. Compliment!
According to the company's own information, the maximum occupancy is 400 guests - it was almost empty and quiet at the end of September - with around 450 employees who leave nothing to be desired with the ultra-all-inclusive.
We were here as a couple, will definitely be back, also with the rest of the family !

One more thing for the hotel management:
Some management employees need support with their own childcare on weekends. Is it possible to help people and organize something in the hotel, maybe for a small fee?
This relieves the employees of the stress, creates relaxation for those affected, lets them stay healthy, loyal and productive.

Hotel for a relaxing holiday, with good food and excellent service. The rooms are fresh, comfortable.

Very good hotel. We already know several hotels in this area, but this hotel really meets our expectations. It is not that big compared to others, which is very pleasant. The rooms are big enough and the location of the hotel is great. The shuttle service to nearby golf courses works great. The staff is very friendly and not obtrusive. We were well looked after. Everyone really finds something during the meal! I really recommend this hotel.

I wish to take care of the room s furniture more .. Some of the foundation is damaged and needs maintenance .. As for the rest of the services, all of them are good.

Just checked in so this is an early and preliminary rating.
Well, this is not an ultra all inclusive resort, that if it's a resort in the first place, it is more like a hotel with spacious swimming pools and beach...
The rooms are very good and spacious, other areas are clean and good as well.
Between 2.30 and 7 there is no place that serve food, only room service, which is not included in the free all inclusive, so if you missed the lunch and the 1.00 pm to 4 p.m snacks, then you have to wait until 7.00 pm for dinner, which is totally a way for the hotel to make extra money. In the evening, if you want to smoke hookah, you will pay 20 Euro in addition to the cost of drinks.
Additionally, you will see no activities similar to other resorts.
On the pool side, usually waiters would keep moving and serve drinks and cold fruits, but in this hotel, this is not the case, and you need to go the bar to get a drink. Number of waiters devoted for the pool area is very limited, a wrong way for saving...
House keeping is not good, very clear the staff needs training or the number is limited.
In general, the hotel has a clear service issue, on the contrary to the reception, as the attitude is very positive.
Like most other places in Turkey, communication problem is there, as most speaks only Turkish language, even the drivers...

I didn't think so, but the hotel grounds are cleverly designed. It doesn't allow that much noise from ancillary facilities. But also from your own system. You sleep over the breakfast railing with the door open. Nevertheless, the operator makes the effort to be quiet
Tip - room on the 2nd floor. The best balconies. Fitness well equipped. Variety of massages. Good kitchen. Good alcohol selection. Children's playground close by and very discreet. Ditto tennis courts.
Little mention is made of the 5.5 in running path around the golf course. A good alternative to walking on the crowded beach. And mostly protected from the sun under fragrant trees.
The room furniture is slowly in need of a refresh. Since the "paint" goes off. Partly dangerous due to the risk of splinters. And not seen, but certainly some guests would be interested in a golf taster course.
Very successful stay.
Particularly noteworthy is the musical entertainment - high level, whether Italian operas, jazz and Bossanova or simply an evening at the piano. I really appreciated that.

The hotel is a paradise for social phobia, this is not the place where people like sprats in a bank lie on top of each other. No animation. The kitchen is very monotonous, but tasty. The staff is polite. Barman Ozgan makes delicious cocktails. Although we do not drink but a couple of cocktails for the holidays, you can, if they are so tasty

disappointing.

When i ve arrived at 14:30 my room wasn t ready yet. I ve left my luggage and got back to reception at 17 pm to get the key. But surprisingly when i came in my room (nearly 3 hours later then check in time), the cleaning services seemed to just started to work there. Few lights were not working properly in the room.
At the departure day we ve asked for availability for late check out (for few hours up until 14-15 pm, but there was no room and the cleaning service would come and knock the door at 12:-3 pm. So what does it make the hotel service to act so much unrespectful to the guests, that can t even leave the shower few mins after formal check out time, but had to wait for 3 hours (or 4 hours in case of my dad) for their room to be ready when they ve arrived? And the hotel is not that big comparing with many others in the area.
Room costs over 300$ per night, yet there s no dental or shaving kit and cleaning service won t leave me additional shower gel even though the previous one was almost empty.
When I came to a waiter in a beach bar and kindly told him with a smile on your face that he hadn t see me calling him for few mins, he would answer that he was passing by me right before and it was me who hadn t seen him and said nothing to him. I mean No smile or apology neither here nor from reception at all.
As one wise man said: Problems happen, no big deal. What matters is the reaction to it. Yes, it happens so the room wasn t clean or the waiter would not occasionally see you while talking with other waiter at the bar. Even though it wasn t nice and respectful at all. But the way you solve the problem matters a lot.
No need to mention that this is a 5-star expensive hotel in Belek, Turkey, whereas Belek is so well-known for its high class service. By the way absolutely same experience happen to my dad who d stayed at Kempinski at the same time both with room service and late check in due to room that wasn t ready even by 17 or 18 pm.
Definitely not the quality of service that you expect from such hotel for such a price.

If you are sure what you are looking for, the location of the kempinski the dome is a pleasant peaceful nature wonder, running tennis football spa golf facilities, as well as antalyan's historic textures 30 minutes away from the architectural structure of the facility's superb food and service very successful and special dishes ale munite as a successful way to you service villas in the golf course within the nature of the staff is very good for your happiness for your guests

The service is wonderful, however almost everything is closed. The spa is closed ( sauna and swimming pool ), the restaurants are closed.

Legend does not come to Antalya to come to a hotel where they come with a smiling face legend or bride

The hotel was closed in October 2020. Apparently they decided not to open after the spring lockdown. The hotel looks small, comfortable, good infrastructure, including on the beach. The territory is beautiful, but now in a rather neglected state.

Very nice quiet hotel. From the neighboring hotels, especially towards evening, very high noise levels come over. Pool area very nice and clean. The spa area is very spacious and beautiful. The hammam was an experience. Quality of the food and drinks partly very different but mostly good. Selection m.E. smaller than other Kempinski hotels I've been to before.

This is the worst hotel experience we have had. The hotel scammed us out of two connecting rooms for a family of five and gave us instead a suite with one full bathroom and another bathroom with no shower or bath! And when we refused their offer they could not restore our original prepaid all inclusive two rooms siting full occupancy of the hotel.... A family of five and one shower facility... How? Also, another family had booked a junior "SEAVIEW" ROOMabd what they gave is a tennis court view room with nothing close to a sea in sight. They claim this is what they have listed as Seaview and they have no shame admitting that it is a scam. I highly doubt that Kempinski actually runs this hotel. My advice: Book elsewhere

The hotel is wonderful. Staff was amazing. The buffet was excellent. The dinner buffet was always with entertainment. This hotel was excellent in every way. The view was excellent. The spa was wonderful and they have very professional team.
Overall we felt like royalties.

If you're planning to visit the old town and step out of the hotel then it's best to rent a car for the duration of you're stay at Antalya as taxis there are SUPER EXPENSIVE.

My family and I stayed at kempinski the Dome for 10 days and I have to say it was great !!! Beautiful hotel very well maintained, relatively large rooms, great service and the food was great!
Unfortunately a lot of unpleasant Russians with children who couldn't really behave

The second time this year at Kempinski. It was as always very good. The Kempinski is smaller than most hotels with golf course, but much quieter and more familiar. In May we still had the beds rated as not optimal, that is not so. Who wants it a little harder can have an intermediate layer removed. According to our advice, this was done within minutes. Great service, nice staff and great golf courses.

I took a room overlooking the sea ..
Unfortunately the furniture is very dilapidated, the headrests are worn out and bad, the air conditioner does not work in October means open the balcony, the food is not up to the quality of 5 star hotels at all, the children's games room is deserted and there is no maintenance. The staff are generally helpful and professional. I do not recommend it until a hundred dollars, Rixos better than it stages, and deceived as the brand

We stayed at the great hotel for a week's golf vacation in February 2020. Simply great. From the airport we only needed to be pampered and we could enjoy the beautiful golf courses.

Yes. Kempinski Hotel has 5 stars. But not enough attentive. I think, they rate 4.5 stars.

The Kempinski The Dome is a hotel pearl, which is located between typical castles directly by the sea. The beach and the grandiose bar on the pier can be reached within a few minutes if you cross the park-like garden.

Particularly noteworthy is the staff. Seldom have we experienced hospitality so authentically.

Even at full capacity, there were always enough good places at the pool and beach, which was possibly due to the conference guests.



For the dishes I would have liked a little more vegetarian selection. If burgers or wraps at the buffet are offered on the beach, a meat-free variant would be interesting. It would also be courteous to label vegetarian dishes.

The buffet was always well looked after so that the food was always at a pleasant temperature. We found the ambience on the terrace to be pleasant, which was not least due to the subtle musical accompaniment.

Due to our early arrival and late departure, we were allowed to take part in breakfast, got the room cards quickly and could use the room on the day of departure for an extra charge until the evening.

We became aware of Kempinski The Dome a few years ago when a magazine was published about the sister hotels in Kempinski Berchtesgaden. We have thought about it again and again since then. Now it was time. The anticipation of getting to know each other has given way to the longing to come back.

This hotel is luxurious and quiet. If you want loud music and nightlife, this place is not for you. If you want to relax and not hear screaming children, which is rare in Antalya, then this hotel is perfect.the room; facilities and service are very good. The only thing that I would suggest is to offer more food at dinner buffet and to have more chairs on the beach.

Peace house ... No animation and the smallest noise ... The target audience of the hotel is more appealing to older people .. Concept is like this .. Seljuk architecture and tried to tell the history of Seljuk. .
