Just checked in so this is an early and preliminary rating.
Well, this is not an ultra all inclusive resort, that if it's a resort in the first place, it is more like a hotel with spacious swimming pools and beach...
The rooms are very good and spacious, other areas are clean and good as well.
Between 2.30 and 7 there is no place that serve food, only room service, which is not included in the free all inclusive, so if you missed the lunch and the 1.00 pm to 4 p.m snacks, then you have to wait until 7.00 pm for dinner, which is totally a way for the hotel to make extra money. In the evening, if you want to smoke hookah, you will pay 20 Euro in addition to the cost of drinks.
Additionally, you will see no activities similar to other resorts.
On the pool side, usually waiters would keep moving and serve drinks and cold fruits, but in this hotel, this is not the case, and you need to go the bar to get a drink. Number of waiters devoted for the pool area is very limited, a wrong way for saving...
House keeping is not good, very clear the staff needs training or the number is limited.
In general, the hotel has a clear service issue, on the contrary to the reception, as the attitude is very positive.
Like most other places in Turkey, communication problem is there, as most speaks only Turkish language, even the drivers...
