I will have to say this is one of these worst places to unload at! I got here at 1445 with a 1500 appointment, it took 9 hours of waiting to even be able to head back to start unloading. Then the system buzzers are going of and no one seems to care. Total time spent here was 14 hours to unload 50000 pounds of sugar.

I don't know I park across the street I get my truck loaded and I'm out of there

I ve been watching the Sun Bowl. During the game there have been advertisements for Kellog s Frosted Flakes featuring Tony the Tiger. In my opinion the voice of Tony the Tiger needs to be deeper and lower. Think about it. Tony is a tiger.

the load was not ready, waited an hour and a half. everyone is not very friendly

At one time the heart of Battle Creek now the knife that stabbed the heart Battle Creek pulling everything out closing it down it's saying goodbye Battle Creek that's what they did for us in the big city of Battle Creek Michigan

Check in is a little tedious but the system works well.

Building security people did a real good entry covid 19 exam

Nice people...I was there 1/2 hour andwith a drop and hook

I went to use the port a potty and there was no wash station, no hand sanitizer, also told that the only wash station was for security only.

Also had to stay to over because trailer wasn't ready and was told they would call us when it was ,and they never did.

Great place to deliver. Came here almost 24 hours before my appointment time and was unloaded within 30 minutes.

Directions to the facility (for semi-trucks): Take exit 104 off of I-94 and make a left on 11-Mile road. Then turn right on Michigan Ave. In about 2-3 miles keep right at the fork and make another right on Raymond Rd. Go past Porter St and make a left on Jameson St. The entrance will be on your left.

If I could give 0 stars I would do it. If you re a truck driver, don t go there!

If you are a truck driver make sure you have a clean trailer or container and in a good order no holes in them it must be food grade condition

My experience was good they are 24/7 I checked in at 11pm got empty in an hour, friendly staff and they allow you to park overnight after unloading...overall good

Wonderful place to work for. I'm a retired Kellogg employee. Kellogg has been very good to me, and still is.

They will not inspect your trailer until you sweep it on their property. My trailer had been blown out before I arrived, but I had to go through the motions of sweeping it with their dirty broom anyway.

Friendly gate person. Slow at getting paperwork to the shack. Load has been waiting to be pu all day and at 6pm they still don't have it. Hour later still waiting
