Most of the people are nice the waiting sucks as all doctor offices do the doors automatically slam and there isn't much space in the waiting room other than that it's great the doctors even listen and care about helping you instead of half listen and rush you out the door
How anyone even give them star at all?
Poor service, poor quality, parking lot covered with snow, they make you 4 PM appointment and you wait 2 hours, wrong setup.of the sleep.machine, Ghetoo attitude employees. WTF?
He is a good doctor with good staff. They have god sense of humor
The problem I have is with everything around the doctor. The waiting room is small, the bathroom is single use and always occupie. The absolute worst part is the ghetto receptionist and the way she treats people.
Doc is nice, when you get to see him. But waiting room plays endless cycle of drug ads, bathroom needs updating, parking lot is too tight, wait is always an hour or more with no updates from staff, nearly impossible to get through to them on the phone, appointment time screwups, billing errors . . . if only they could run the place better, could be good.

Wait time isn't long. Staff is respectful with a sense of humor. Dr. Patel is professional as well as caring. You will not leave his office without feeling %100 confident in regards to your health. Thank you all!
Terrible these ppl will schedule ur appointments at a specific time but do not see u until hrs later

All staff is empathetic to patients needs especially the physicians. The Physicians take time with each patient they order blood work and is very concern with ones Nutritional Health .So I will continue to see Dr. M.Patel and Dr. S.Patel's ..... And I'm very particular about who I choose over my health....
Great place to go for whatever medical issues you have, the wait is not long, the staff is fast and very efficient, I had the pleasure of meeting a young man that works there his name is Allen and I must say he is an angel sent from heaven, I was so scared to do my stress test on the treadmill and he talked with me and encouraged me, made sure I was alright every step of the way and I made it to end without any problems I couldn t believe it, he s the best and Prime Heart is lucky to have him, he s just great with people and excellent at what he does, so thank you Allen and keep doing what you re doing, God bless!
