Keller Williams Realty gets 5 stars, based on my 5-star experience with broker, Tammi Dupree. She has been my buyer's agent, and my seller's agent, and I have nothing but great things to say. Honest, professional, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable about the area. You want to work with her.

Avoid Meagan Fogle at all costs!

Avoid Meagan Fogle at all costs!
She's very inexperienced, but acts as if she knows what she's talking about. Turned out very dangerous.
She incorrectly filed offer forms causing us a lot of hassle with the contract where inspection period was not clearly stated until a day before it was to expire, the selling agent had to call her to inform her that time almost ran out.
She did not follow the instructions of the Radon inspection company to prepare the home for the radon test, keeping the Heat/AC on while home was supposed to be sealed. Which brings doubts to the effectiveness of the resulting test.
And most of all she didn't even mention the option of home warranty through out the process, and now 2 weeks after moving in, my furnace circuit board failed and it will cost $1000 to replace!

I worked with Kathy Gowen to find my first house. She was amazingly patient and almost always available by text if not phone. If I look for a new house again, I'll definitely be contacting her. It was a long path but she helped me find a house that was in my price range that I really like. The others she worked with were always nice and extremely happy to help me with whatever. I never felt like I was asking stupid questions or being unreasonable even if I maybe was.

What do the wordd professionslism, confidence, and satisfaction have in common? they all start with the letters KW! this is especially true if you are speaking of susnets in corridors. Not only my agent, but the whole KWSC team are truly awesome people. They are knowledgable and know how to party! specisl kudos goes to Deana Guffey, who fought for me the entire time to make sure I wasn't gettin screwed over by the snakes that were representing realty groups of obviously-lower class standards. I mean I have known alot of realtors. Dime a dozen as they say. When I stepped into the KWSC office the first time I was blown away. Within a day they knew exactly what I was lookin for. Didnt waste my time and at no point in the process was there even a hint of desperation. when things looked rocky, even I got a little nervous. And I rarely lose my cool. But Deana Guffey and the gang at the corridor didn't even bat an eye. That kinda calm under pressure I expect from no one. but KW delivered the results. Real smooth. Unbelievable! need to buy or sell? look no further. KWSC has your back. fer real.

i purchased a house using an agent from KWSC last ...

i purchased a house using an agent from KWSC last year...the agents name is/was Holly Hill. She now is no longer there. She is with Proffer Realty LLC in Portland. She was terrible, i had a tight budget so we went looking for homes in Vernonia, she showed me 2 homes in that area. i later found out later there were many more properties for sale in my price range. i did find a place and she recommended a home inspector....she only gave me one name, David Jenkins of Portland Home Inspection Services (Run, don't walk if you hear his name) She said he was excellent, and very thorough...what she should have said was he only notices the small stuff and doesn't address things like the Electrical Panel, insulation, foundation etc...if you care about how many inches plants are growing from your house, and not if the house is up to code and insurable or not, he's your guy. i was stupid and trusted her, i was a woman alone, new to the area, and probably had "SUCKER" tattooed on my forehead. Anyway, to make a long story a bit shorter, i originally had homeowners insurance that didn't send out an inspector. Then recently i found a better deal for my home and auto insurance. So i cancelled my old insurance, and signed with the new company. The new company sent out an inspector. And then last week i got a letter saying that due to the well known danger of my electrical panel they would be cancelling my insurance unless i replaced the existing panel. This costs between $1500-$3000 / i contacted many electricians and the is what they all quoted. On the home inspection report the home inspector David Jenkins wrote "acceptable" regarding the electrical panel. If he had done his job and noted the well known throughout the industry, problem, i would have had the previous owner replace the panel, or i wouldn't have bought the house. So basically i am screwed, too much time has gone by to sew the home inspector, because it is slightly over a year. i contacted Holly and she gave me the phone number for a deaf real estate attorney. (nice, right?) Then i contacted her principle broker at KW Sunset Corridor Sheryll Fong...She was originally going to split the cost of a replacement electrical panel with the sellers broker (the panel problem was not disclosed by the seller either) Then Sheryll today said she would not do anything for me, even though she admitted to all that happened. Her reason for leaving me in the cold is because "Holly didn't want to" which is ridiculous. i am a 61 year old woman with very little money, and an unexpected $1500-$3000 is too much for me to manage. So basically they have left me out to dry. If you do ever meet Holly Hill, she can be very charming, and give the illusion that she cares and will do her best for you...don't be fooled, she is basically a used car salesman that will sell you a lemon with a smile, and then kick sand in your face. Keller Williams is the same, and they take no responsibility for their agents actions, or lack there of in exhibiting their fiduciary responsibly to their client. She was the buyers agent, (me) her fiduciary responsibility was to me, although her actions were in favor of the seller IMO....BUYER BEWARE!!

After the death of my parents, I had to prepare their home for sale. During this difficult time Tammi Dupree and her team were very patient and supportive but also gave me direction as to what I needed to do. I can t thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do. I don t think I ve ever met such a compassionate realtor. Thank you all.

I had the pleasure of being guided and represented by Irving Casas. Buying my first home in a very competitive and inflated sellers market--nervous would be an understatement. Irving was always available to provide feedback or answer any questions I may have. He was very flexible in scheduling house viewing, even at the last minute.

He walked me through every step, and even provided a warranty for the appliances in my new home. His continous communication and eye for detail, helped keep the sale on track and closing on a date that was appropriate for me and my family.

Will be buying our future homes with Irving, and only Irving.

Mark went above and beyond expectations every step of the way. We felt confident with the decisions we made knowing that we would be supported, acknowledged and well-advised through the whole buying process. When we found what we were looking for, Mark made it easy to understand and finalize. We could not be happier with our new home.

Our first experience with Mower Group Realty was w...

Our first experience with Mower Group Realty was when we walked into an open house they were listing for sale. At the time, we were very early on in the home buying process, but after meeting Jackie Aiono at the open house, we knew the Mower Group was right real estate team for us!

We met Jackie at Mower Group's office in the evening and her staff had made up a homebuyer packet that had a bunch of information. She walked us through each page of it to ensure we had a clear understanding of the home buying process, showed us some market statistics of local estate market, and ended with putting together a list of things that we wanted to see in any prospective properties. By the time we got home, we had already received an automated email with 20-30 homes that met our criteria.

My wife and I looked through the list and selected some properties that we wanted to go check out. I'm not sure how Jackie and her staff did it, maybe they called in a few favors just for us, but the next day she called and informed us that we had appointments to see all nine properties on our list in the next two days. On top of that, they were laid out in a way to minimize drive time between the properties.

My wife and I have very different tastes in homes so I thought we'd be having a prolonged search, but we actually found it almost immediately. The property was having an open house that weekend so we knew we had to move quickly as decisively. The offer was drawn up with an escalation clause, sent in, and after a brief bidding war, we secured our property.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of things. After numerous inspections and unforeseen issues with the property, we began negotiations with the sellers. Honestly, I cringe to think what would have happened if we had a less organized team, or even worse, an individual realtor. Long story short, after over two weeks of negotiations, inspections for the home, roof, foundation, and nearby trees, and countless hours spent by the Mower Group, we finally ended negotiations with $3,000 off the purchase price and about $7,000 in a closing cost credit, and closed on the home about 3 weeks later without any further issues.

The true value of a real estate team isn't shown when a transaction that goes smoothly, but with the ones that have bumps in the road. The Mower Group delivered for us, despite obstacles along the way, and surpassed all of our expectations. Thank you, Mower Group!

Extremely Impressive-

My Experience with the Mower Group has been nothing but stellar! Working with Nate Dolin, Hailey Miller and Kyleen Hawes on a regular basis has proven, time and time again to pay off huge. These motivated professionals are quick with response, timely and organized. Not only is their team very knowledgeable and understanding of your needs, but they have a sure fire network of contractors to help you with any repair that may be needed. A great resource for anyone buying or selling a home. I feel that if anyone needs assistance with a real estate transaction this would be the place to go. Personally, I would give them unlimited stars if it were possible.

I can't speak for the other realtors that work out of this office, but if you draw David Waite, walk away. Here was my experience...

The initial meeting went great. Little did I know that would be pretty much the end of our "relationship" (And he makes a BIG deal about being a follow up and follow through kind of guy.) I won't bore you with the minute details, but my mortgage company almost sunk the deal when a front office person sent an email saying that the deal was done and that my wife and I could go furniture shopping, the papers should be in for me to sign within the next day. Umm...nope. Not only did I have to cancel EVERYTHING as well as get the furniture stores to send letters saying that the orders were cancelled, but Mr. Waite went on vacation or something (nope...had no idea why my calls were not being returned as I was frantically trying to figure out what to do until I contact the real estate company that the owners had used to sell the house and they said that "Mr. Waite would be gone for the next week.")

I had to write a check for $12,000 to cover a tax bill that my wife already had covered through her job (and then deal with the IRS to get back the money that she had already paid that had not shown up yet). Then I went out to pick up my keys. I never heard from Mr. Waite again except for his "recommend me to a friend" email that he sends out monthly--which I unsubscribed from. To date, almost 4 months later...not a word from Mr. Waite, not a check in to see if I was happy with my house...nothing.

Bottom line, he got my money for the sale, did as little as possible and vanished when things got hellish.
