I live being an agent here. There are so many systems, organization, and most importantly wonderful people. This company is a absolute life changer

Had the pleasure of working with Realtor Ricardo Miranda. 10 star shark. Im confident in stating there is no one better in this business than he is. He does everything so well and without missing a beat. Nothing gets by him and he is an outstanding advocate for his clients. We are beyond grateful.

Horrible real state company to do business with. They refuse to return our earnest money after contract was canceled over two weeks ago, and they already accepted earnest money for the same property. Isn t illegal to hold earnest money from two different parties for the same property. This is bad business. The agent it s very rude, cocky and unprofessional.

If your hope is to have your money stolen start here. Just as one reviewer left they do steal earnest money. Over a month. Nothing. Everyday their response is check again another day.

They are so helpful they let us know with all the managers on an email that are not responsible for the USPS mail and if I don t get my check I will have to pay them a fee of $20 to get a new one.

If you're looking for a great Real Estate company you just found it. Very professional, friendly and will get the job done.

Just got off the phone with Matt from the Grander Group. He was fast-talking, condescending and arrogant. He told me that they are the #1 real estate group in Illinois and that they don't need my listing. I hope that is true because they certainly will not get it. Customers beware. You have the power to choose whom you buy/sell with. Be sure that they meet your needs every step of the way. Don't settle for a company that doesn't give you everything you want and treats you the way you should be treated.

These are the most amazing group of real estate agents who take every opportunity to actively reach for higher standards both personally and professionally. Their commitment to continued education and technology are very impressive, yet it s their commitment to kindness that really makes me love this company. I ve seen this played out as any agent, even high producers, who are unwilling to show respect for others, be polite, show grace under pressure and respond in generosity are asked to leave. I love working here and I m proud to be a KW agent.
