Not pleased with WB Mutual demanding a roof replacement on a roof replaced in 2013. Never an explanation as to why a bogus request to suspend coverage on a commercial building. Gives me pause as to the credibility of WB Mutual to support my coverage needs.

I had a pretty terrible experience here. I was clearly just another number to them and they have terrible communication. My agents kept leaving and they refused to communicate that to me or assign a new agent to my account. When I expressed these concerns to them they refused to take any accountability and blamed it on me. For a business that is only customer service they really aren't great. I'm much happier after switching.

We have had a wonderful experience with our West Bend Mutual Insurance that we purchased through R&R Insurance Services. We had 2 large claims in 2020. Everyone at R&R Insurance and West Bend Mutual were fantastic with the adjusters, the claim person on the phone and follow up with results quickly. We had hail damage to a car and rood and gutters. West Bend Mutual really cared that we had good service and great product to repair our home and car. We also had a crack in a very large window and West Bend Mutual thrower R&R Insurance could not have been any more helpful and conscientious to get us what we needed.
