Unfortunately, I cannot say our experience with this location was any good.

To start off, we arrived at the front door to find it was locked. Being that it was 10:30 in the morning and well into the work day, we thought it was closed. Didn't see anyone through the glass or at the front desk. Fortunately, we decided to try the other doors, all locked. When circling back, someone was there. Apparently they leave their doors in a lock state at all times. Personally, I wont hold that against them. Different business do different things with security. Anyway, Keller Williams, if you are reading this, please put up a sign if no one is able to open the door.

Continuing with the experience, the staff were friendly and available when asked questions. We were brought back to a room and waited about 3 minutes before someone could help us. This is the point where things started to turn for us. The lady that helped us could not use a computer to save her life and she was using it to show us the homes they had available. To start, she didn't have a clue on how to even click on the icon to open up the browser. Instead of clicking on it, she ended up dragging it a couple of times. Next, when we gave a list of what she wanted, she kept looking at homes outside our list. The website she was showing us was a cluster of information that wasn't properly formatted or even good to look at. She would constantly have to navigate away from the search page to other search engines just to see the home picture. At this point, I was seeing that a multi-million dollar company could not develop a site to show customers proper information when asked, they did not care about the consumer. Additionally, if they are going to hire employees to use the computers to show the customers their inventory and not know how to use it in the first place, they do not have a proper vetting process. I am astonished to see how they are still in business with that type of practice.

If you can, avoid this home builder. They do not have competent staff to help you.

Customer service needs improvement & on a timely matter from Shanae Hall realtor. Would not recommend.

Staff was helpful and fast to reapond to my inquires. The location is nice and furnished nicely.

Prudence is fantastic to work with! When you want to buy a home, you need both a knowledgeable home inspector that can advise you on current and future problems and a real estate agent that is familiar with the area who knows how to advise you on local properties. Can you think of a major event that happened in Houston during 2017 that could affect homes you re interested in? If you guessed Hurricane Harvey, you d be right!
