I were on a waiting list for a little bit more than a year and still weren't qualified for a place to live! I use a walker and have limited mobility to get around and I think I were rejected for no reason! That's discriminatory towards disabled people! I'm currently homeless and thought that the agency could help me! That's ridiculous!

If you don't know your caseworkers number good luck with trying to get help no one answers the phone and the mailbox is always full. When you finally get the right person they are always helpful, knowledgeable and respectful.
Currently living at Charlottetown Terrace. I love it here however the bugs are bad. Hope they take care of it soon. The Charlotte Housing Authority is spot on. They help many of us that have disabilities.
I ve been trying to figure out for weeks now ,what is my voucher amount,, I am porting from a different state and I have not heard back from anyone in this office , what is going on?
I been on hold for 30 min calling inlivian and it keeps saying I m calling number one. No one answers the phone. I have a emergency about my ac not working at all on the third floor with little kids and I have high blood pressure it s over 85 degrees in my apartment the rent office number disconnected and emergency maintenance said it s not considered a emergency it is when my family health is in danger they also said if it s over 85 degrees outside than it s an emergency it s over 85 degrees in my apartment as seen on my thermostat and I was told I still have to wait 72 hours. Don t stay at arbor glen apartments whatever you do DON T STAY HERE!! I wish I listen to the warning a lady told me years ago nothing gets fixed
