I had an amazing first time home buying experience with Charity Breed at Keller Williams Home Buying Group! What an amazing Realtor! She listened to all of my very particular needs, wants, and must haves. She planned out our entire day to ensure we didn't miss anything we had to see. Super professional, understanding, and hard worker. She stayed up late and reviewed all our documents to ensure our best interest. Even after closing, she still follow up to ensure we're still loving our house, answers are many questions about random information we receive and even helped us through our refinance process. I definitely recommend her to all my friends, family, or people walking on the street.
