This review isn't directed towards Keller Williams; it's directed towards one of the agents who is now partnered with Keller Williams. Pete Lobo is now working with them. He is a crooked agent who was out only for money, I would not recommend anyone going with him. He will harass and manipulate everyone who is involved with the home buying process. When he was orginally with Encore Properties he promised that he would help us break our lease with the apartment complex cause we qualified for that program. He gave his projected closing dates and told us to go ahead and let her apartment complex know; so that everyone was up to date and everything was on track. We ended up getting 4 different closing dates and almost had nowhere to live because of his arrogance and selfishness. If it wasn't for the loan officer and listing agent for the home, my family and I would've been homeless until we closed on our home. I would not recommend Keller Williams to keep Peter Lobo as an agent; especially if they want to continue getting good reviews.
Needless to say Pete Lobo ended up getting more money in closing then the others and did not keep his promise to help us break our lease. He is a crooked man who is only out for himself. The worst agent I have ever had to deal with in the home buying process.
