Jonathan Kassab was amazing! After fighting through the tears of selling my home he assured me everything would be smooth and he would be with us the entire process. He followed through on his word and quickly! We sold, purchased and closed on both within 5weeks! He met us for ever inspection and dealt with my NUMEROUS phone calls and texts.not certain I have ever heard of another realtor letting you call him at 7am on a Saturday for a listing thats a hour drive for him. He met us by 8:15am and had our offer in by 10am. Needless to say... We purchased that home and move in this week. Thank you Jon Kassab for not just being a realtor but treating us like family. You will always have a special place in our hearts!

Two months ago my family and I bought our first home in America and we chose kw lakeside, they were professional and made everything easy for us. Do not work with Hanna. I arranged to lease an apartment from her. She told me it was temperature controlled and turned on to let us hear it. This was a lie - I ve been stuck in this place with 90 degree weather and no air conditioning paying way more than its worth. Also meant to have gym and pool amenities for which she gave us old keys and we can t access. My lease is almost over and these issues are not resolved despite my trying to work with the landlord.

Carl Preston went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place, I couldn't figure out if I wanted to rent or buy & he was willing to help me and be available whenever I needed him night or day. Thank you so much Carl for helping me find the perfect home for me and my girls.

The woman I worked with was easy to work with but I wouldn't ever trust the inspection guys they recommend. There's some things (like obvious roof repair) that they 'overlooked' and wouldnt give answers to, Things the previous owner should have fixed.

Tracey is an amazing person who has been doing this for far too long and is wonderful agent.. when we wanted to start searching for houses she began to show us the rope of where and how the process went and we were happy to began. She is an amazing and extremely reliable, knowledgeable, patience and most importantly easy to work with. Being able to work with someone that you feel comfortable with and is easy to talk to makes a stressful process very easy going at the end.. Jen Warrow is an awesome person and a great agent. I found Jen through Zillow when I wanted to start searching for houses and I am happy that I did.
