We were selling our home and buying a new one which would have made this a very difficult process had we not had Tyler Cornu and her team. We had reservations about realtors when we started the selling and buying process because the last realtor we had did not walk us through the process and we feel we were taken advantage of. From the start she showed us step by step how everything would go and never left us feeling uneasy or unformed. When we had a problem with appraisals and needing repairs done right before closing Tyler got all the contractors together and the house was completed in 1 weekend!!!! Our other house was a gem that Tyler found for us in the exact spot we had asked for and perfect for us in every way. My wife and I were so amazed by the professionalism and the complete devotion that Tyler has to her job. She is honestly unlike any realtor We have ever done business with before and if you are in need of someone with integrity and someone that will go above and beyond for you then please make sure you call her as she is the number 1 realtor in Nevada and We would never use anyone else. Steve O'Brien just tried selling me a home without a functioning well and septic and raised the price after inspections by over $12,000. Do not buy a property from this scam artsit. Specifically 7780 Springfield Rd in Silver Springs. They will just waste your time and money because the seller wants to pass their losses on to you and Steve will do anything for his comission.

During these Covid-19 day's of travel bans, quarantines, uncertainty's and living 2600 miles away in Kauai, Hawaii we trusted Keller Williams real estate agent Chris Concha to be our liaison to purchase our new home. Chris went above and beyond his traditional duties using virtual technologies, providing his services and professional resources to help us to secure our new home in Reno, Nevada site unseen. We leaned on Chris heavily to be our eye's and ear's during our transaction. We are very happy with our new home! Chris Concha and his team were exceptional!

I started looking for a house early in 2019 and was contacted by Shelby Mangum. She was very helpful through the entire process of looking for and purchasing a home. Shelby was always quick to respond and willing to help with any questions I had. We finally found a house in March and was helped every step of the way. Fred Ciccarelli, an agent at Keller Williams, helped my son close on his first condo! Fred also referred my son to a great lending agent and made sure we got the home inspector (Holly Kinney from Celtic Inspections) we wanted. My son told me how comfortable Fred made him feel with his first-time buying experience and, of course, there were usual issues (such as the renters in the place did not move out on the deadline, etc.) but Fred, and Rogelio Garcia also from KW, really helped smooth out all those inevitable issues that always pop up.
I would definitely recommend Fred to anyone buying in the Reno, Carson or Dayton (or surrounding areas)!
