Fred Ciccarelli, an agent at Keller Williams, helped my son close on his first condo! Fred also referred my son to a great lending agent and made sure we got the home inspector (Holly Kinney from Celtic Inspections) we wanted. My son told me how comfortable Fred made him feel with his first-time buying experience and, of course, there were usual issues (such as the renters in the place did not move out on the deadline, etc.) but Fred, and Rogelio Garcia also from KW, really helped smooth out all those inevitable issues that always pop up.
I would definitely recommend Fred to anyone buying in the Reno, Carson or Dayton (or surrounding areas)!
