Very poor service! I contacted Johnathan Stroud an agent for this agency on a home I truly loved and wanted information on. He told me he would contact me because we were both driving the first time we spoke. I kept trying to message him and he told me he was busy to give him some time. He never made any attempts to contact me and a few days went by. I texted him and told him what poor customer service. I work in sales and never would I conduct myself in this manner with my customers. I than get a text message from him stating he has many clients and is busy and has a family and has to have a life too. Rather get another agent to assist him that was his response. Those of you in sales know that you do not treat your customers that way! I told him I had never experience such poor service before this was first and I would let everyone know he tells me that there is an application on the home and it will be leased this week. I specifically told this agent the reason for my continuous text messages was because I wanted the opportunity before someone else takes the home. And look! Never again! Very poor service!

Do not use this agency. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Luckily they were not our agents. We were simply trying to drop off an Option check to them and they could not even get that right. Simple process I hand you a check you tell listing agent you got the check and the listing agent fills out the form in Docusign and we are done. SIMPLE Process. But they wanted to make it hard and have a paper copy. It's 2018 folks. Most of us do not want to deal with paper contracts. My agent was spectacular and charges less than a 1/3 of the commission KW does. For that extra money they should be going above and beyond not treating buyers like garbage. I would love to tell you the agents name at the front desk but she had no identifying information.

Run! Do not use these people, the realtor we had sucked and when we needed her she wasn t available, she was not very knowledgeable about some of the questions we had throughout our experience with using her and then at the end she and the others who worked With her did not look over the papers very well and when we completed the sale they asked for money back because the realtor did not get her share and they said it was our fault and they would be getting lawyers involved. Wow what a way to take care of your clients!!

Do not rent from Trumbull Realty Group associated with this Keller Williams, you will regret it, especially when it comes to getting all of your deposit back. Ask them to thoroughly explain what "normal wear and tear" is to them. You will be charged for a lot of damages that most people consider normal wear and tear. I care about people and really don't want to see an other renters hurt by these people. There are plenty of other rental companies out there, I highly recommend skipping anything this group has to offer as a rental property.

Not a company I would associate with at all. The leadership, office staff and broker have no clue as to what they are doing. Agents have gone to other KW offices so they can get the support they needed.

Kevin Canon is the Team Leader for the office but is more concerned with his wife's team that no one gets the help they need. Rhonda is the Assistant Team Leader and she is clueless and cannot even read a contract. The list goes on. If you are an Agent looking for a new office stay away from here.

The only reason they do the volume they do is because of the Jan Richey Team and Christie Cannon Team.

The reviews that are 5 Stars are from employees or the agents friends and spouses.

This office is amazing. While my wife is a realtor there, she's always happy to go into the office and work with the other agents. She was trained to be a top producing agent from fantastic coaches. Wonderful office every time I visit and I thank you all for being part of our lives.

Don't walk away, RUN !

Don't walk away, RUN !

The following negative tendencies have been experienced from the Keller Williams Frisco Stars office, Involving both Lyndsey Johnson and her manager Barbara Trumbull:

1. Poor performance
2. Unprofessional conduct
3. Unwanted/continued contact

1. Poor Performance - Lyndsey Johnson (agent) has a limited knowledge of the commercial real estate world, which is obviously not what I was seeking in an agent or what she sold me. The properties she provided were almost 100% listed online and already available to me and everyone with an internet connection. Once listed online, indications are the properties have probably been "picked over" by a hidden network, and there is limited potential for a good purchase. In addition, Lyndsey soon proved she had no network or "stable" of capable consultants/contacts to draw from, regardless of her claims. Her manager, Barbara Trumbull, has not appeared for support on any of these concerns. I do not believe providing support entities or "off market" properties is a requirement of an agent/broker, but a definite red flag to Not engage the realtor if they indicate they do not posses those qualifications. It's a monumental handicap if the realtor informs you that they have these abilities, which Johnson did, and then no network or contacts exist. Lyndsey and Barbara appear to believe their only duty is to locate a property for me, and then be paid in full. If so, my question would be, why do I require either individual, just for the licenses? One of the primary and costly impacts to me at present is the wasted time, which has caused me to miss the summer sales window as I am now looking to pursue 1031 Exchange activities on presently owned real estate.

2. Unprofessional Conduct - Since signing the representation agreement, Lyndsey has displayed negative and unprofessional tendencies on numerous occasions (verbally and via email), and this is in the end what caused me to terminate relations with her on 07/18/2019. For example, we had learned a property I was very interested in had just been placed under contract, and unfortunately not by us - it happens, we learn from it, and we move on - no foul. I shortly thereafter emailed Lyndsey regarding another new property which appeared to possess great initial potential. I requested that she expedite obtaining information as well as providing her thoughts, again knowing if it were a viable property it would be under contract quickly. As was common, I was once again lectured, this time via email, the content being that she and I have calls several times a week, she has high level clients other than me, we need to schedule calls as impromptu calls don't work for her, we should follow her "typical" processes, etc. I understand an individual having other demands, but again as noted prior, on occasion timing is critical to "pin down" a property before any competing buyers, and the team needs to move quickly. Lyndsey did not understand that concept, and as the unprofessional email displays, resisted any action I requested, plus lectured me on process and protocol. I've been in construction and real estate for close to 35 years, up to the SVP level, both nationally and internationally, managing $ Billion programs/efforts; although I always keep an open mind to the input of others, I don't need operational/process/management input from the "cheap seats".

3. Continued Contact - Even though I have been extremely and bluntly clear, verbally and in writing, that I do not want further involvement or interaction with Lyndsey or Barbara, they both maintain Lyndsey will "continue to fulfill my obligations and duties to you as your commercial agent". Typically, people or companies know when I've fired them and no longer desire their services, regardless of contractual relations. Only the ignorant, greedy, and/or harassing types continue to attempt interaction following the volume of written termination correspondence I have issued.

Cyndi Poulter was wonderful and spot on with her suggestions to get our Allen home ready for sale. She had a contract on our home in less than the average market lead time. Oh and the patience with us while we looked for our perfect home. It says a lot of a realtor who will spend more than one full day looking at homes with 2 kiddos. Cyndi was able to coordinate with Town Square and the title company Old Republic to make sure everything fell in place as needed. We went to closing on time with no problems. It is wonderful to work with someone with such integrity and attentiveness.

Robin Hunt has been my agent for about 5 years! She is the best ever! I put my house up for sale by owner, and had so many different real estate agents call me and come to my front door to try to list it! For some reason when Robin called she and I clicked and she sold that house for me and now has another house listed for me! She is, in my opinion the best out there!!

Cheaters

Cheaters

Don't work with these people. I worked with a realtor Swati Shah from this office. Initially when I asked her about the Cash back from realtor commission given by Builder, she told me she can do that but when the deal is about to close, she cheated me saying that she can't give me anything. I've to lose the house because of them. PLEASE DON'T TRUST this Realtor
