Dakota called and asked if I was going to move out of my house, or move anytime soon. I felt harassed, because this random realtor calls me and knows my house information. If that is not creepy, I don't know what is. I will definitely not go to him when I purchase another house. Buyers and Sellers beware, this guy has no respect for privacy. I will make sure that people I know who are in the market for home purchases to not use this individual.

To whom this may concern at Keller Williams, I am entirely happy to have Matthew Sadler as my realtor. He went above and beyond he job details trust me my father was a realtor back in the 70 and 80's here in Dayton. Matt has so much knowledge on selling it is phenomenal, my experience
is one I will always treasure. Not just on the level as just a realtor he is now considered a true valued friend. I hope you all know he is a definite
asset to your company. He made shopping for a house not only about
just buying a house he took the time out to make us understand what and
why we needed certain things. Discouraged I got a times but he brought my spirits back up, and when a little time went by that we hadn't seen anything on the market that met our needs he took the time out just to
call and say hello and hang on your house is coming. That takes talent folks, and something to look foward to. Highly recommend!

We first had our rental property on the market with another Realtor for 180 days. They were unable to get it sold. We were referred to Dakota by another agent. He was thorough with his presentation and SOLD it in 3 days! We have more rentals that we plan on selling and will be using him again!

Dakota is a Realtor that has your best interest in mind, great to work with, and is very good with technology. We were first time home buyers and had a little bit of a challenge. Dakota fought for us. He even negotiated down to 91% of asking price! We would recommend him to our friends and family.

Selling my house for the first time is a challenge but having them as my realtor made it even more of a challenge. My realtor acted like she was working for the buyer more than looking out for my family's best interest. I would not recommend them to even sell a dog house. Worst experience ever using them.

We hired Dakota for the buying and selling of our homes. It was sold the first week! What we liked about working with Dakota are his technology skills along with explaining every step of the process, along with costs associated. We appreciated his "What's Next" emails which explained the next step or two and what to expect. We would highly recommend Dakota to our friends and family!! He was great to work with!!

As first time home buyers we were nervous about the whole process, but hiring Dakota was like pushing the easy button. He was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He even hooked us up with a lender he knew, which saved us thousands of dollars, as well as time. We also used his suggested inspector who was both thorough and informative.

Most importantly he picked out our house! We had viewed 21 homes and hadn't quite found what we were looking for, when he added one to the list and it was the one we fell in love with. He really has a sense for the market and what a buyer wants. We've been in our home 2 months now and we couldn't be happier with our buying experience.
