As first time home buyers we were nervous about the whole process, but hiring Dakota was like pushing the easy button. He was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He even hooked us up with a lender he knew, which saved us thousands of dollars, as well as time. We also used his suggested inspector who was both thorough and informative.

Most importantly he picked out our house! We had viewed 21 homes and hadn't quite found what we were looking for, when he added one to the list and it was the one we fell in love with. He really has a sense for the market and what a buyer wants. We've been in our home 2 months now and we couldn't be happier with our buying experience.
