not alot of my stores but newish facility with generic outlet stores
I like shopping there parking is great and you can usually park right in front of the store you want
Need a better food court or at least a Timmies/Starbucks
Worth the trip although buyer be warned I find the the pricing isnt always outlet pricing.
Good place for shopping, it would be better if more brands could become available in this place.

Amazing stores available and high end brands.. Discounts not really in line with other outlet stores around the province
It's located in an easily accessible place and has almost all the common stores that we look for

Not sure if people around here get out of the bubble. As i have been to many outlets in Canada and the US. Windsor is by far the worst. There is nothing .. absolutly nothing. All stores are closing down. There are no restaurants .. and everything is not priced like an outlet. 60 percent off? LOL .. you do understand that outlet items are not your typical Mall items, they are cheaper material thats not to be sold in retail stores. Try again. Maybe if you can get this outlet to be standard like other outlets across the country ..people would be interested more. Pathetic.
The facility is well laid out but the few vacant stores are disheartening..

The customer service office has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Visited the office last weekend just before 11 and it was closed. This was 2 weeks before Christmas, when most sales take place. Visited again this past Saturday and tried to go in 3 times in between visiting the stores and again there was nobody at the customer service office, and this is only 1 week before Christmas. I gave it one more chance today and drove all the way from the east end and again drove there for nothing as it was again closed. THIS IS NO SERVICE AT ALL - 1 WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

Best place to shop Clothes/ Shoes. Stores are always having sales (and it actually is cheaper than regular store prices)
I love this mall. I don't really find that prices are much different from non outlet stores but it's a nice atmosphere and the stores there are great.
Very good place to shop but very few stores .. I would say that without small and basic Outlets .. There is only one bathroom section in the whole place, with two urinals and a toilet for men .. But yes worth knowing ..
To many vacant stores . Reebok and addidas closing now as well.

A person can find great deals here but not all year round! You should know when to go there!
This place is going downhill, premium retailers are leaving and stores like Dollarama or Domino's open up. This is not worth making a detour from your travel plans.
I enjoy myself each time I visit!! My main reason for visiting, is The Roots Store.

This place is absolutely NOT an outlet. Outlet malls have sale prices. It really wasnt hard to figure out why the parking lot was empty.
GAP is the only shop worth visiting ... really wonderful and varied
i wanted to use the washroom at 6.58pm and i was in a hurry in that time i went to washroom butthe cleaner was closing the door for washroom and ask to me to leave very rudely.
This place is alright but like half the stores are gone so we went expecting a lot more and didn't end up buying a single item between the 4 of us. If the store is gone, at least take down the sign!
I cannot believe that stores in this outlet mall are allowed to open at noon on Sundays, that's simply mind boggling to me as a consumer (I'm looking at you, Columbia sportswear). My accountant at MCO accounting is open by 10am by comparison. Need better Sunday hours, tsk tsk.
Good premium outlets with variety of big brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Columbia, Puma, Levi's, Guess, Gap etc. Good clearance offers and additional benefit with SPC
There is not much choice but it's still good place I start the Tommy coach the Gap Cougar and bench. always had good service

The outlets have a lot of different stores for different people. Everyone can go off & do their own thing. There is a coffee shop for someone who hates shopping.
