Dramatic .. Not even worth 1 star
Make an appointment and then just do not show up without any message. The result is that I have had to take a day off and have been at home all day in case someone should come along anyway.
They are also scandalously difficult to reach by phone ..
What a hopeless company ..
Very BAD SERIVICE! After a lot of effort I finally got in touch by phone. Complaint after a lot of effort and an appointment made to come. This also turns out to be very difficult for them, up to 2x not showing up, for which we stayed at home ... In the end there has still been no mechanic and according to them there is no technician anymore. Very, very bad. Like an earlier review, not worth 1 star !!
Super! New door placed today. Very friendly mechanics (who appreciated my coffee :-). Looks great!
Two years ago new front door with hardware installed, because the first door after 10 years (also from Kegro) already let the plate completely loose and the door was pulled crooked. However, now the batter is broken (doorknob is loose). Called them for a solution, first what is said that the warranty period has expired. It was promised that in a week they will send someone along, in an unfriendly way. Kegro delivers poor quality items. In the meantime I have had another company solve the problem. To sell a troop and to be 'not at home' in case of complaints. Worthless.
Door repeatedly has the same complaints; it can hardly be opened from the outside and sometimes it hardly falls into the lock. Has already been viewed 3 times, also by Kegro himself. Now again waiting for a response after having made another report. Very poor service, even worse doors ..
Like a lasting solution now.
Very happy with my new Kegro door! Within hours, the old door was replaced with the new. Top service, top quality, top company!

The integrated 3-point Kai locks are a disaster and you cannot just mount anything else in them.
After 9 years, the lock is worn out (construction errors).
No wonder they don't call back!

Outside of the warranty, the cladding of our Kegro door has been released. The door had to be replaced. Finally ended up at Kegro again for a new door. This is because we were not the only one in the neighborhood who wanted another front door. Kegro promised us everything. Probably because everything takes so long at Kegro, they have forgotten these promises. Conclusion, KEGRO Doors earns a lot of money with large new construction projects, but the private individual is completely ignored. And when it comes to service, you stand at a closed (front) door at KEGRO. Advice as a private person does not work with this party.
After a defective door, and unfortunately a warranty period that had expired, Kegro tackled my problem with both hands and thought along with me in solutions !! End result: a new door at a reduced price. Neatly treated, good service and again a beautiful door. Top!!!

They were an hour late for the appointment, so the appointment had to be rescheduled. Mechanics were also very customer unfriendly!
Called next day to make a new appointment. I would be called back but still not heard!

Lousy quality doors. After a few years the panels of my front door and garage door delivered by Kegro let go. Neighbors have the same problems. Kegro says this is due to poor maintenance, while the doors have been repainted after three years.
We have very bad experiences with our front door from Kegro. Like a smile mirror, the outer panels began to release from one front after the other in our new-build neighborhood very randomly. A production error as told to some residents. Many doors have been replaced. If you painted your front door well and the problem came to light just outside the warranty period, you were out of luck and you could only order a new front door from Kegro at a reduced rate. Kegro thinks it's normal to assume that a front door will last no longer than 5 to 7 years!

Top layer of the kergodeur has been released (poor quality door according to second opinion). Customer service is barely accessible. Due to the crowds, they cannot make time to look at this complaint. After a long "rambling through" someone finally spoke and indicated that they could do nothing. Since March, a quote with an appropriate discount is still waiting for that.

Complaint was received by the reception, through to back office / settlement complaints where again complained explained. Still talked with a kind of representative (Tom) all information sent via e-mail, and explained by telephone several times. Problem was clear.

Horrible ! No customer service no solution for problems. Almost 2 years working on a door that is jamming. Mechanic just does not show up! Outright mess is it! Do not start with it
After 1.5 months only response to complaint from crooked door. Whether we wanted to provide additional information as soon as possible. Done and a week later suddenly a letter in the bus with a mechanic afapraak that we had not made and when we are not home. Now wait again until we can make an appointment in consultation.
Worthless customer service. My door was already bent 8 mm after a few weeks. This took place in January. Now still waiting for the door. Everywhere you have to call at the back and with customer service they hide behind apologies and never made appointments. If they ever want to do business with kegro from the VVE, I'd rather pay for a different company from their own pocket! This door is also crooked again. You can expect another phone call next week.

What is it about:
The garage doors (2 folding wooden doors) in our house were supplied by the company Kegro.
After 3.5 years, the first doors were no longer good and have been replaced by others, but these now also have a problem.
What's going on now:
In some places, the hinges are secured with screws that are too long, causing the wood to bulge on the outside and the wood to be torn on the inside.
The doors have started to "hang" and in hot weather they get stuck, causing the wood on the top of the doors to break.
Firm Kegro called and do not give at home now because they only give 1 year warranty.
In my opinion it's not about the hanging but it turns out they made a mistake with the seam that should be between the doors so they can still work a bit but apparently that's not their problem.
I would like to pay them to fix it but I just had to call a carpenter to fix it .....
No cooperation at all to come to a solution !!!

It is very reassuring to read that I am not the only one who is not happy with Kegro doors. Indeed, my experience has also been that appointments are scheduled without taking into account the indicated working hours of the customer and then also to perform to cancel the appointment at the last minute. Agreements made are indeed more often not than kept. Kegro has already been more than 4 times and it has not yet been resolved. The frame is now also broken. After my idea, the batter is far too coarse for the frame. I think Kegro, like many people here, is a big nightmare who likes to blame the customer.

Poor quality, poor service. Double garden doors of 1 year old are so very warped that they are no longer open in any way. Kegro is on holiday for service and warranty.

But the door is not properly finished and is missing a rubber. Mechanic said I had to call again because it was the company's fault. Sorry but if you have to earn your money like that, I wish you all the misery.
Very poor service. These people do not honor their agreements and treat you anti-social on the phone. Well-known reactions such as 'it is not covered by the guarantee' after one has actually been here 8 times and have not repaired it correctly ... When a technician comes, this man only complains about his colleagues, this of course says enough. Do not order doors here !!!!

Recently we received a Kegro door through the program The Green Make Over. Wow! What a difference from before :)
The door is pleasant to use, closes neatly & does what it promises. Our house now feels a lot safer & I notice the insulation value in both sound and temperature.
Contrary to other reviews that can be read here, I found the service & personal explanation in use super! The mechanics arrived on time & were skilled, took the time to explain how the lock worked. That took some getting used to, but now that we are ready, I do not want to do anything else. There was sufficient and clear contact in advance about the possible choices and their consequences. Also nice that we received a paint pen should our door be damaged (it was delivered painted in color).
Incidentally, the new door has been precisely tailored to the existing frame, which is now clearly also in need of a makeover ...
