Outside of the warranty, the cladding of our Kegro door has been released. The door had to be replaced. Finally ended up at Kegro again for a new door. This is because we were not the only one in the neighborhood who wanted another front door. Kegro promised us everything. Probably because everything takes so long at Kegro, they have forgotten these promises. Conclusion, KEGRO Doors earns a lot of money with large new construction projects, but the private individual is completely ignored. And when it comes to service, you stand at a closed (front) door at KEGRO. Advice as a private person does not work with this party.
