I am very dissatisfied. about the service offered.

What is it about:
The garage doors (2 folding wooden doors) in our house were supplied by the company Kegro.
After 3.5 years, the first doors were no longer good and have been replaced by others, but these now also have a problem.

What's going on now:
In some places, the hinges are secured with screws that are too long, causing the wood to bulge on the outside and the wood to be torn on the inside.
The doors have started to "hang" and in hot weather they get stuck, causing the wood on the top of the doors to break.

Firm Kegro called and do not give at home now because they only give 1 year warranty.

In my opinion it's not about the hanging but it turns out they made a mistake with the seam that should be between the doors so they can still work a bit but apparently that's not their problem.

I would like to pay them to fix it but I just had to call a carpenter to fix it .....

No cooperation at all to come to a solution !!!
