This is the 3rd time we have done business with the BMW portion of Keeler Motor Car, and each time it improves. We started our journey talking to Kelly Simone who complied with all of our wishes and was most gracious . She led us to Joe Marcil, who helped us select a car and was very knowledgeable about every detail. However, his knowledge of the automobile was surpassed by his great personality and sense of humor. Indeed, he made us feel most secure about our choices, and we knew we were in good hands. Then Riaz Yacob helped us finalize the deal. No one likes to spend money, but he made the process painless and
comfortable. Lastly, the" BMW Genius" Dustin Jewett explained the workings of every amenity in our new car and was most patient as we fumbled our way from gadget to gadget. He even went as far as changing his schedule so that he would be present during our consultation and followed up by several phone calls. As you can tell, our entire experience deserves high marks on the satisfaction scale.WHAT A GREAT TEAM!!!
