I am giving two stars because I do get a response ...

I am giving two stars because I do get a response to my emails. And the responses are usually within a couple days. However, I have been living in my condo for 6 years and try to be a good neighbor. However, KDM Management appeal to the condo board and not the condo owners. I find most of their responses to be "its your problem, deal with it". Not directly, of course. In most of their communications, they politely dismiss you. I have asked other condo owners with other property management teams, and they seem to have better, innovative ways on dealing with situations. I own my place and have no plans to sell, so I am going to be stuck with them for awhile. But if you're in the market for a property management company, ask thorough questions. Seek a partnership rather than just administrators.

I've written in before about how bad this company ...

I've written in before about how bad this company is to deal with. In fact, that's the only time I got a call from Alex, the condo manager. So I'm in writing in again because that seems to be the only time I get a call from them. There were never any calls to see how things were going with the condo or anything they can do to help.

I've always paid my condo fees through a third party so I can use my credit card to pay. The payments got there on time, but somehow a big chunk of the payments, about 5 months worth, were missed by their accounting department. I called to Alex to look into it to see if the payments were received. He said he would find out. He never did call back to let me know the status. That was before Christmas. It's now a month later and I still haven't heard anything.

Now they contacted my bank and added the fees to my already high mortgage payments. That's a shady way to do business without letting the client know. Nothing has really changed from the first time I wrote in. They are still a horrible company to deal with.

Stay away from KDM! We ve had several unpleasant experiences with KDM, from rude staff answering phone calls to their managers ignoring emails and not taking action to our concerns. They just take money for condo fee but does not take care of the property well.

Lu and his assistant Dawn are on the ball they return calls and manage the day to day operations well .I would highly recommend them and the whole team at KDM, If you are looking for a quality management company they are a great fit .

We have had KDM and specifically Nancy and Tammy look after our condo complex for approximately 3 years. They both have been very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They (Nancy, Tammy and the management of KDM) have really cared about our condominium community. We have been very lucky as they have went above and beyond our expectations. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them to anyone. Accordingly I give them a level 5 rating.

Unlike the others who reviewed KDM, I have been thoroughly impressed. I am always able to get a hold of our building manager, and she is courteous and very knowledgeable about the bylaws and other aspects of the building. I don't often leave reviews for things, but seeing the many bad reviews for KDM I had to share my experience. I think the other reviewers had bad experiences - mine has always been great!

Dear KDM management team, It has now been 81 days ...

Dear KDM management team, It has now been 81 days since a leak occurred in my condo unit. There is still moisture and mold present. No work has been done. Would someone in a position of authority at your company please explain why It took 73 days for your company to submit a claim to insurance for this damage. My insurance can do nothing until you proceed with repairs. We are st risk of losing our tenant. We have respectfully asked for an explanation and have received none. Please advise. Thank you. *Please note that I am not interested in receiving your stock response to this review, as I have seen on every other 1 star review. I would like a direct answer to my questions, please, via email. Thank you.

What an AWFUL management company to have to deal w...

What an AWFUL management company to have to deal with. Having lived in numerous apartments run by different companies, i am confident in saying KDM has to be one of the worst. The lack of professionalism when dealing with their head office trickles down into dealing with their property managers.
If you live in one of their building and there is any sort of announcement on construction/upgrades/renovations brace yourself for a 4x longer timeline than promised.

Nancy at KDM navigated our condo corporation through a very difficult insurance situation that was unprecedented. She single handedly saved our owners over $150,000 year over year because of her tireless work and experience in the industry. She worked for us as if she was an owner. Her assistant Tammy was spectacular in supporting us through this difficult scenario. I would recommend her and KDM to any condo corporation seeking management of their facility.

They are horrible. We are constantly getting sewage backup in our basement and they refuse to properly fix it or install the necessary equipment to prevent it. They hired incompetent fence builders who built all the fences in the area wrong. They hired painters who oversprayed onto everything. Did I mention the sewage in our basement they refuse to properly fix?

Can't stand dealing with our property manager at KDM. Should be able to email the Board directly. Our particular manager is condescending and thinks she knows everything. Going to rent out my unit in this complex soon...will definitely use a different company for that.

I am writing to say that KDM has some exceptional ...

I am writing to say that KDM has some exceptional Property Managers and we are fortunate enough to have one of them! I work very well with her and her team and have no complaints. They are responsive to my/our inquiries and quick to action something that is urgent.

I encourage condo owners to get involved as a member of their condo association Board of Directors. This is the only way to learn first-hand what goes on in your condo community and why.

It seems people are quick to write a negative review when they have had a bad experience or when they aren't able to get something that they want. I am however, writing this review as a positive one - as KDM is a good, reliable management company in my experience.

They notified us of a parking lot cleanup on a piece of paper they gave every townhouse. Every vehicle had to be moved out of the way on a certain day. I moved my vehicle that day, but they didn't clean the parking lot. Instead 2 weeks later, with no notice they towed my vehicle and multiple other vehicles in the complex, then completed the parking lot cleaning. At first I thought my car had been stolen, and I called the police!! I was about to take a taxi to the nearest police station before my car was found outside of the complex on a street in a no-parking zone. I called to ask why this happened, and as soon as I said "hi I am a renter at xxx property and I noticed my car got towed this morning" the woman hung up on me without saying a word. I tried calling back multiple times but no one would pick up. From my experiences, I must say KDM is an unprofessional and very disorganized company with rude staff.

This is the worst Condo Management company ever!!!...

This is the worst Condo Management company ever!!!!! I'm sad I have to give them a 1 when in actuality they deserve a 0!!! They do not follow up on any requests for repairs needed, but if you miss a payment they jump immediately to legal extremes. I'm planning to sell my condo that I've lived in for several years just so I don't have to deal with these goofs anymore.
Based on the other ratings for this company, I guess it's safe to say I'm not the only one receiving less than stellar service. I doubt this company could manage themselves out of a wet bag!!

Our Condo Board hired KDM after firing our last property management company. Trudy presented KDM as a professional, friendly and reliable property management company and they have met all expectations. Our property manager, Robert, is easy to get a hold of and brings his experience to the table when we have questions. He hasn't had an easy time with some of our problem tenants but he handles them all very professionally and in a timely manner. So glad we hired KDM, it's amazing the change between a bad property management company and a wonderful one!

I feel as though a lot of the poor reviews are based on a misunderstanding of KDM's role. As a board member, I have had the pleasure of working with Paul A (and his assistant Christina H) who has been nothing but an amazing resource. I have found all of his advice valuable - his knowledge, experience, and moral values are very evident. He has demonstrated why KDM are leading professionals in their industry; I can trust his judgement confidently on all fronts, and he has been prompt in his responses and aid for any issues or concerns (even after hours). In our complex, we have had some issues that I believe are not normal, and Paul has been helping us handle the situation with care and his expertise is invaluable. I believe he truly cares for the communities he manages, and our complex is lucky to have him.

You'd think after so many poor reviews that the head honchos at the company would catch on. But I guess not. Just totally useless and utterly pathetic. I've read the reviews and can see I'm not the only one frustrated and at wits end with this joke of a company. Absolute goofs from the condo reps to the management team. Figure it out, you're in a customer facing industry, you should be accessible to your paying customers.
AVOID this embarrassment of a "management" company and do your due diligence before your next home/condo deal.

Never missing once ,Dec,2017..12floors got Flooding at hillside estates.1year gone, still same! Always busy when you call.always message and no call back, finally they will have a meeting on Nov28,2018, we have to waste our time for that. How fast KDM is !! How work hard they are!! Push around !!!

Terrible management company! Rude! They don't keep...

Terrible management company! Rude! They don't keep a building manager on site on a regular basis, and when they do, they are not reliable! Building is not clean, and if you call KDM they are not helpful whatsoever! Try getting an elevator key to move out... Good luck! They will also let maintainance workers in without notice!

I have been in our St. Albert condo for 6 years and have been on the board for 4 of those years. I am frequently at the KDM office on business and have always been treated in the most friendly and efficient manner by all the staff. Our manager Nancy Vuksa is extremely efficient, smart and always up to date on condo matters. For all the nay-sayers who post such ridiculous negativity maybe you should look at how you treat and approach people. With 6 years and 4 on the board I have to award top marks to KDM and our manager.

The lack of professionalism from Shannon is appalling! She accused me of lying and delaying work in my unit, among other things. Fortunately, because of people like her and the dishonest contractors trusted by KDM, I documented everything and have picture, text and video proof to dispel all of her accusations.

The absolute worst management. We had a water leak...

The absolute worst management. We had a water leak in our spare bathroom from our upstairs neighbors leaving the water on for hours. We have water damage to our wall. We left for a 3 week holiday and emailed management and said who to contact because they had our keys so someone can come fix it. I had emailed and gave all the info I was told to give. The only response I got was her asking which building and nothing else. (I didn t realize they managed multiple buildings, new to the city). We were gone for 3 weeks and no one was contacted. Our landlord and us have reached out multiple times. They finally sent someone to come look at the damage. They didn t show. Rescheduled and said they would call our landlords. That was three weeks ago and my landlord still hasn t been contacted. There was a pipe leaking all over the underground parkade and was leaking all over vehicles for 2 days. They didn t do anything because it wasn t a state of emergency . Our underground parkade was recently broken into and multiple vehicles were broken into. I m now left with a broken windshield and multiple items stolen after being in a safe underground parking that I pay for. We called management to let them know what happened. They rudely told us not to call this number because it s not a state of emergency. Now we have to deal with this for the few months it s going to take because they don t act fast at all. I m so disappointed with the lack of effort and perfectionism with this company!!

Horrible thus far. We were told to call this company with any questions or inquiries.. I called the manager of the account several times with no call back after I had left messages- when I seldom got a hold of the assistant they knew none of the answers nor did they make the effort to find them. When there was a concern in our building the receptionist was the only one available- I asked if I could speak to the manager said that person was not there . I asked if I could leave a message with her and she followed by " I don't have access to his voice mail" Apparently is is far to complicated to pick up a pen. This company seems to be the only thing regrettable about buying a condo. ANY developers looking for a good management company to kick off the building- Do NOT use them and anyone considering buying or renting DON'T if it is managed by them.

I don't even want to give KDM one star but i have to in order to post it. I had damage to my property, it was clearly not caused by me as i took pictures as soon as i got home and sent them to KDM. They refused to acknowledge that it wasn't me as i wasn't even home and are insisting that i pay for the bill for the repairs. The bill is not much, but it's the principle of the thing - i didn't do it and they refuse to listen to me or consider that the damage could have been caused by someone else - like the snow removal company that likes to park in my stall when they are clearing the snow. This is one of the worst property management businesses in Edmonton, I would strongly advise NOT living in one of their buildings. STAY AWAY!!!!!

-This was a one star review but thdh finally did fix it. They did however ignore the personal property damage caused.

2 months ago a peice of siding fell off the building leaving a second piece hanging half off. They were notified immediately via email and they sent a return email noting 'we will look into it'. 3 weeks later the same piece continues to go untouched and then the wind knocked the piece hanging off which then damaged our BBQ cover. After further notification they sent another email ' we will look into it. It has been over a month since then and nothing has been looked into. We pay a very heafty condo fee every month so the exterior of the place will be taken care of. If this is not resolved with the month we will be pursuing legal action. Also if there is any water damage from the exterior not being protected we will also be pursuing legal action. I would consider looking into it.

This management company is completely incompetent....

This management company is completely incompetent. Not only do they not know how to answer their calls in a timely manner but they also fail to announce and communicate with owners about service work happening at their property which in turn conflicts with daily events such as the ability to be punctual for work.

Also, Nancy Vuska (Property Manager) likes to utter threats over the phone to her clients. These are all qualities of a top notch property manager. I would definitely recommend her to manage a dumpster given that the quality of her work and service is garbage.

KDM and in particular, Linda Goodchild, have provided services to us since our development began in 1997. I have personally worked with KDM as a member of our homeowner association board, for the past 7 years.

Provision of A/P, A/R, monthly financial reporting services, and coordination with our annual auditors are consistently performed on a very timely basis and with a high level of accuracy.

Response time to one-off requests is exceptionally fast.
We are particularly pleased that we can depend on KDM to treat us as an individual organization, especially with our unique needs as an HOA (vs. condo association).

If you want a property management company that is ...

If you want a property management company that is unable to manage your property effectively by all means pick KDM. They will continue to find contractors that will escalate fees and contribute questionable work. Their incompetence is glaring and will consistently amaze you from not informing people of the address for AGM meetings, allowing massive cost overruns by not effectively communicating with legal advice to just hiring contractors without board approval. They literally do it all to make condo living unbelievable. They often leave most of the job to manage your building to assistants while trying to maximize revenues by taking on as many buildings as possible. Stay clear at all costs this is my only advice.

They suck. They don't address issues at all. The onsite employees are never there and very lazy. The entire company basically only works hard at avoiding work. As a resident it's really difficult and frustrating. They have to be chased and hounded and they act like concerns such as damage to unit are not a big deal.

Additionally, after posting this review I contacted their "liaison" person to address my concerns and NEVER heard any response back at all. What a joke.

I have called 6 times over the past 7 weeks trying...

I have called 6 times over the past 7 weeks trying to get in touch with Cassandra Mathias and have spoken to her 0 times. I spoke with her assistant once and left voicemails every single other time.

I provide exceptional customer service at my place of work and expect it in return when i am speaking to a service provider in my personal life. I am not sure if I am experience complete dodging or incompetence. Someone please fill me in.

Edit #1: May I add, every time i have called has been within office hours, and never during lunch.

Edit #2: I have since spoken with Cassandra Matthias regarding my concerns. A public negative review seems to due the trick when seeking any response.

Edit #3: All issues have been sorted. Oyin Oluwayelu has been particularly helpful in assisting when i call.

It has been very hard to receive the correct information via email or calling with KDM. I am very unimpressed with the level of customer service this management company has provided to both myself, and family members that are currently residents in my condo complex. I would recommend clarifying each piece of information several times, and logging all communications in order to avoid situational circumstances that could potentially lead to another client paying undisclosed charges.

Terrible company. Very rude. Does not respond to emails or voicemails. Called after hours emergency as water was flooding from the valves under my kitchen sink after a plumber of their choice was here. Was hung up on 6 times, was told a plumber was dispatched and a manager would contact me. None of this was done. Manager contacted me 16 hours later and accused me of sabotaging the work of their plumber. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible terrible terrible company.

Property management companies can be challenging to work with because of the sheer volume of communication that runs through their office. Kristy at KDM has always been responsive, polite and fair to us as a vendor, and I have always felt that she is acting in the best interests of her clients. If you're searching for property management that uses common sense and can handle the good bad and ugly of your condo, you will not be disappointed here.

We received no notice or warning that we were unable to have our car parked on our street. It s seems as if they don t care about their clients.

These guys are scum.

I emailed about a plumbing issue and the account manager was so quick do disregard my complaints as if I was making it up. I hired a plumber to verify my findings so I could substantiate my complaints. I contacted KDM again and they had one of their guys come and investigate, "conveniently" he didn't find anything. A month later after more people complained they opened up an investigation and found a serious problem.

I had to take 3 days off work, dealing with their contractors and the problem is not fixed. On top of that I had to spend $150 on a plumber to investigate the issue when KDM ignored it. Had they taken my request seriously the problem could have been alleviated months ago. I'm sure now the issue and the problem is compounded.

I am actually listing my condo for sale primarily because I hate KDM with a passion. Their fees doubled in 4 years, but their service and competence worsened. I'm sure the condo fees are going to go up again regarding this.

Still standing outside trying to find a way into my building as they changed all the fobs with no notice at all, no sign, no phone call, no email, nothing. Homeless with exorbitant condo fees best. Also Kdms emergency secretary repeatedly yelling we are working on it still does not let me know if im sleeping on the stoop tonight. Not the first KDM failure but definately the most memorable. Thanks KDM I was on the fence about moving..... not anymore.

KDM is a great property management company and cooperates with Realtors in a friendly and responsive manor. When I call, I feel heard and issues are dealt with quickly. The place is ran well, I 'd recommend them without hesitation!

They are our Condo Property Managers. Their representative of our condo corporation and the president of the Board of Directors have consistently rejected any correspondence from me. All I am doing is pointing out deficiencies that should be addressed to 1) mitigate further damage to common property, 2) to uphold and enforce the By-Laws of the corporation3) to limit personal liability

I have nothing but good things to say about both KDM Management and the Manager that I deal with on a regular basis - Jon Krysler.

I've had many questions for him both as a resident and board member and he has been nothing but professional. He is extremely easy to talk to, always willing to hear me out and provide answers to my many questions. Not only is he personable, friendly and courteous, but he represents KDM very well. Very happy client here.

I do throughly enjoy dealing with Shannon at KDM. Whether is it good news, bad news, or questions I may have she goes above and beyond and takes the time to explain. Property management is not an easy job. Is has alot of stressors and difficult moments, but the nice thing about dealing with KDM and Shannon is you can trust that they give 110% effort to ensure that the job gets done and information gets passed on. Shannon takes the extra steps and listens to your concerns, takes extra time to get you the answers to your questions, and is very down to earth and professional. This company has my respect and I would definitely recommend it to property's due to the satisfaction I've received from their employees.

The incompetence is mind boggling, the rudeness and condescension while speaking to anyone is unreal, if... you can get anyone on the phone or to return your calls. How this company is still around is a mystery and an even bigger mystery is why our condo board is still dealing with these half wits. This will end soon. KDM has managed our condo property for more than 5 years and we have been very happy with the service they provide. I am President of our condo board and I highly recommend KDM. Their staff make being part of the condo board easy: they manage the day-to-day inquiries efficiently, provide sound professional advice and support to the board, and generally help us manage our property well. I also highly recommend our condo manager in particular, Suzie, who has been great to deal with. She is knowledgeable, professional and handles all matters promptly.

Thanks KDM for throwing gravel and rocks down on top of the snow you left behind after coming by to clear the snow. Entire parking lot was untouched and left for residents to trample flat instead, making it extremely slippery.

KDM Management (like all other companies) has had ...

KDM Management (like all other companies) has had staffing issues from time to time, and they do deal with them. I have found them to be much more responsive than our previous property management company and they work hard to develop good relationships with residents. Paul Agnihotri has been helpful in dealing with issues and works well with the on site building manager to help keep The Monticello a great place to live.

Not happy, just about had my vehicle towed. there was NO signage in the apartment building and 81/2 by 11 inch papers attached to the plug in where the vehicle was parked. phone to discuss situation and hopefully prevent further issues... was told that "ample massive signage" was made available and they had "no available' staff to deliver or post signage on the apartment entrances. Then she proceeded to tell me 'i should check my vehicle at least once daily. We ended the conversation with her not taking any responsibility for her lack of actions... But she had enough time to approve my vehicle to be towed from my parking stall.

Our condo fees pay for a Property Manager and Mateinance person? What do they do? Seemingly nothing. Email communication is short and abrupt with little to no information. Property is never cleaned. Dirty lobby, broken glass.

We have been using KDM for our management company ...

We have been using KDM for our management company in our condo complex for a while now. When we first moved into the complex, it was honestly very terrible service, if any at all.

They have since made some internal changes, and I can tell you the quality of service has increased exponentially.

When we first moved in, the prior owner notified us that there had been a roof leak previously, which caused an electrical short, so the walls needed to be torn up to locate the wires. We were assured that this would be paid for, and we would not have to pay out of pocket.

After almost a year of waiting, we had started inquiring with KDM about when it would be done. We received many responses, ranging from soon, to never, stating that it was now our responsibility.

Now that they have performed their internal changes, they have some proper internal management structure, and are much more pleasant to deal with.

We inquired again about the wall repairs, and they apologized that we were overlooked in the past, and had someone in the next day to look at the severity level. They also informed us that they would be able to have someone come and fix it up in the extremely near future, and asked if that was acceptable for us. It of course was, as we had already been waiting a lengthy amount of time, so another week for a resolution is not the end of the world.

I can tell you with certainty that Angela is wonderful to deal with, as she is very attentive to our needs, and responds to our inquiries in a timely manner. She has been the sole reason that I have changed my mind about this management company, and am looking forward to dealing with her in the future.

Because I can't give them "0" out of 5, worst building I've lived in hands down throughout my 5 years in the city. Brand new building and they can't keep the elevator running for more than 3 months consecutively. Than when people puke in the elevator it takes them hours to contact someone to clean it up (10am-1pm) still hasn't been resolved. Lethargic is the only way to describe this management group.

In my many years on a condo board and having KDM as our property management company I can confidently say our property manager Nancy V. often goes above what is expected. Nancy must deal daily with the many emails or phone enquires or complaints. When a property manager has many buildings they are responsible to manage of course the work must be prioritized. Whether it be during business hours or after hours including the middle of the night for building emergencies, Nancy has always shown professionalism. I have found with my own personal experience, Nancy has always been professional and prompt to address any issues that are pressing and non pressing items are dealt with in order of urgency. I have no qualms about recommending KDM Property Managment to friends and family. During my time on the board I did have experience with a different property management company, there is no comparison to the much improved and professional service we receive with KDM. Thank you Nancy V. for the many years I was fortunate enough to work with you as our property manager, I m moving on to a different city but know our condominium building is in good hands.

A dynamic & brilliant individual as Paul Agnihotri who is responsible for the overall performance at our complex. I found his goal is to "educate and inspire" residents in every interaction & that is something that Paul naturally does with his passion to assist his clients. These qualities in employees are result of well cultured and professionally managed company such as KDM. He has excellent communication skills & a truly down to earth individual. Extremely reliable & went the extra mile to satisfy us. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend him to other condo complex. Thanks again to the entire team of KDM, a job well done!

I have an issue of my own that I will be discussing with KDM when I visit their office tomorrow. However, as I read the reviews, I am disappointed to notice that the company has taken the time to leave petty responses to disgruntled people. A response indicating a fake realtor or even explaining to frustrated people why the company is right does not demonstrate interest in resolution (no person needs to be explained why you are right, especially when this doesn t resolve the issue and you are not personally living in their shoes). These are defensive responses and not professional at all. I don t care if these people are wrong, your responses should be professional and demonstrate your motivation for action. Don t stoop to the same level as those making accusations against you. Show your clients these people are misinformed in your actions when they call you and visit your office. This is accomplished by being courteous, understanding, and true to your word, especially when promising a call back!!! There s a reason so many people are giving one star.

I live at one of the properties that this company ...

I live at one of the properties that this company oversees in Edmonton (Paradise Village) and I don't know who they have handling our snow clearing but they do a terrible job. Since the freezing rain that fell last week they haven't put any sand or salt down to clear the ice and my wife, who has mobility issues, is basically confined to our townhouse. I have to waste my own time and effort to sand the walks my wife uses myself using sand from the public sandboxes. It is particularly pathetic because the sand is free to use and easy to access. Why am I do this and not them? Complained a few times and was "politely" told to go to hell.

This company is not even close to be a managment company. Is a disaster, not responding... they didn't care for properties ! We owners paying them , so they KDM acording to LAW should work for Us, but they " KDM " have all in the as....., Im extremly disapoint , this company is a total disaster and very rediculus. Example: yesterday I call them regarding the pine tree fall on my garage and hit my two cars... they said 30 mins. they gonna come but I'm waiting for them the whole they... and I'm waiting for nothing!!! And worst they didn't come!!!! And today again I call them this morning they said they come but 3hours ago now still nothing!!!!! This tree in front of our garage is very dangerous for our kids!!! And we have a 3 cars cannot move out!!!!! Im sorry the truth is painfull but this is a reality.

KDM is one of the worst and most unprofessional Property Management organizations I have come across. As a licensed realtor I am shocked that the management team in the office permits it's professionals to stone wall condo owners, ignore communications and or simply treat Owners with a dismissive attitude. One of the reviews for this company refers to KDM as having "Timely communication and technical skills being evident" I have a strong feeling that the author of this review likely works at or has an interest in KDM, it reeks of untruth. Certainly as you view the many other negative reviews about this company "Timely communication is not a skill this company seems to possess.
I have been an out of town owner in one of the buildings being managed by KDM but will soon be spending more time and residing closer to my unit. I want to know why KDM has so clearly forgotten that it works for the interest of its clients and serves at the pleasure of its Owners.
I am confounded by horrible culture that seems to allow staff at KDM to be so unprofessional.

Aside from boardwalk probably one of the worst management companies out there. When we moved in over a year ago we were told that the management company would give us a key to the elevator and have pads put up. When we phone for a key because it never showed up no one wanted to take responsibility for it and it was the fault of Alex. This company makes me sick we put her notice in 11 months later and I spoke to Alex face to face a said I will make sure moving pads are in place, guess what no moving pads in the elevators scratched the heck out of my furniture so I've come to realize that Alex just tells you what you want to hear to get rid of you. As well they try to screw us out of our damaged posit we were going to get penalized because we had a little bit I am so glad that we have nothing to do with this backward company anymore

I typically post about my positive experiences, as I don t believe people take the time to do that enough. However, my experience with KDM management was so awful & unprofessional I had to say something.
I am moving out of my apt in a month and called with a few very simple questions. I was continuously cut off when speaking, talked over when trying to speak & spoken to with absolutely no respect. I have no idea why this woman works in customer service. Does she hate her job or her life? Or both? She is miserable. I will never deal with another property managed by KDM & I hope this review deters others as well.

As a Realtor, I rely on support from property management companies to help facilitate the sale of my listings. I cannot say enough about the great support I have had from KDM Management. Quick responses to my questions and efficient ordering of condo documents have made it much easier for me to provide my clients with quality customer service. Thank you to the team at KDM!!

This company deserves 5 Stars! I have read the reviews and I think that most individuals do not understand the ROLE of KDM Management & that the decisions (and condo fees) are decided by the condo board MEMBERS (which are the owners themselves). KDM represents the condo board and facilitates their wishes therefore if you are not happy with the fees, cleaning services, parking services, janitors etc. you need to contact the CONDO board members who decide. This company does not only provide excellent customer service they are also heavily involved in the community through charity work. KDM volunteers at the Ronald MacDonald house regularly (they have also sponsored the spa room for the families staying at the house), they provide gifts & food once a year to a school in need, they provide Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter hampers for families in need, etc. Before rating a company please be informed about the company & understand what their role is.

I called yesterday to ask if we still owe $988.00 with no one working because of Covid and a lady named Kimberly who I was extremely polite to told me I had plenty enough time to manage my money after one year... I have four children and my husband has alot of serious health problems and I am the only working person in the family. Because of Covid I work four hours a week and have a very hard time buying groceries so to here this lady who clearly hasnt had her hours effected because she works for a company whose job is to rip people off for a living was extremely hurtful... I was extremeley nice even know I was dying on the inside that I have to take $988 out of my almost maxed time of credit that could have fed my family for three month... not impressed I hope she gets to read this.
