We have been using KDM for our management company ...
We have been using KDM for our management company in our condo complex for a while now. When we first moved into the complex, it was honestly very terrible service, if any at all.
They have since made some internal changes, and I can tell you the quality of service has increased exponentially.
When we first moved in, the prior owner notified us that there had been a roof leak previously, which caused an electrical short, so the walls needed to be torn up to locate the wires. We were assured that this would be paid for, and we would not have to pay out of pocket.
After almost a year of waiting, we had started inquiring with KDM about when it would be done. We received many responses, ranging from soon, to never, stating that it was now our responsibility.
Now that they have performed their internal changes, they have some proper internal management structure, and are much more pleasant to deal with.
We inquired again about the wall repairs, and they apologized that we were overlooked in the past, and had someone in the next day to look at the severity level. They also informed us that they would be able to have someone come and fix it up in the extremely near future, and asked if that was acceptable for us. It of course was, as we had already been waiting a lengthy amount of time, so another week for a resolution is not the end of the world.
I can tell you with certainty that Angela is wonderful to deal with, as she is very attentive to our needs, and responds to our inquiries in a timely manner. She has been the sole reason that I have changed my mind about this management company, and am looking forward to dealing with her in the future.
