I've written in before about how bad this company ...

I've written in before about how bad this company is to deal with. In fact, that's the only time I got a call from Alex, the condo manager. So I'm in writing in again because that seems to be the only time I get a call from them. There were never any calls to see how things were going with the condo or anything they can do to help.

I've always paid my condo fees through a third party so I can use my credit card to pay. The payments got there on time, but somehow a big chunk of the payments, about 5 months worth, were missed by their accounting department. I called to Alex to look into it to see if the payments were received. He said he would find out. He never did call back to let me know the status. That was before Christmas. It's now a month later and I still haven't heard anything.

Now they contacted my bank and added the fees to my already high mortgage payments. That's a shady way to do business without letting the client know. Nothing has really changed from the first time I wrote in. They are still a horrible company to deal with.
