The Kitchen Bedroom Bathroom Company which is situated in Inveresk Industrial Estate in Musselburgh, is excellent!! We could not recommend it more highly!
We are extremely happy with the kbbcompany. We ordered two bespoke fitted wardrobes (for two separate bedrooms) on 12 August 2017. Everything went tremendously smoothly. From start to finish the entire experience was of utmost professionalism. I arrived at the showroom out of the blue on 1 August and was immediately given a tour of the bedroom furniture showrooms. All of my questions were answered very clearly and I was so impressed that I made an appointment for the designer, Mr David Goodall, to visit us at home and to give advice on possible design and costs. Following his visit we received by email pictorial images of the proposed fitted wardrobes with approximate costs. When we said that we would like to make a firm order for the products then Mr Goodall suggested that we return to the showrooms to meet him and to finalise exact colours and textures. His advice was invaluable as he knew what colours would go best in both rooms.
We were given a fitting date of just over four weeks later. However, this date was brought forward two weeks to suit another customer. Both wardrobes were in place by 1 September!
Gary, the fitter, was wonderful! He is the most conscientious guy with a tremendous work ethic. He was totally dedicated and focused on ensuring that the quality of the KBB Company is first rate.

I had a very good experience with this company in my last home some years ago. I decided to go to them again to fit out a bedroom/spare room in my new home, which is more limited for space. They did a brilliant job, designed the room to give me maximum storage and use, and the fitters were as they had been before, excellent. They paid attention to detail, checked everything with me, and cleared up everything before they left. I would use this company again, and would certainly recommend them.

KBB have transformed our tired bathroom to a modern, well designed room that would not be out of place in a luxury hotel. The fitting team were meticulous in their work and kept me informed at all stages of the build. They may be more expensive than some High Street bathroom stores but you really do get what you pay for. I would be happy to recommend KBB to anyone looking for a new bathroom.

Our dealings with this company from start to finish was such an easy one. Their showroom is immaculate and we were told the showroom was fitted out by the actual fitters who would be working in our own house. We were concerned about some of the lighting in the wall units and wanted to change the colour of them. It wasn t a problem at all and the extra cost was agreed straight away. The fitters were excellent and I would say a big job well done to Simon and Allan and all the team. Our kitchen has been much admired by neighbours and friends and we have already told a few friends to go to The Kitchen Bedroom Bathroom Company if they want a new kitchen.

We looked at three kitchen supply companies and finally settled on KBB. Gordon listened to our requirements and supplied an excellent plan with a number of his own suggestions included.
The work commenced on time and the fitting team were not only brilliant but also clean and tidy.
We are very, very pleased with the new kitchen and feel that it has improved the property no end !

Very friendly initial meeting with good advice and no pressure. David the surveyor was professional, accepted what we wanted and gave an immediate quote which we accepted. We were kept fully informed about delivery and Gary the fitter was very quick especially as he first had to dismantle existing units. Everything was done in a tidy way and we have no hesitation in saying this is a first class firm we would be pleased to use again and to recommend to others.

We had our bathroom fitted by this company. The workmen arrived on time, they did what had been agreed and also had some advice on a couple of issues when our floorboards were lifted. I always had a toilet to use at the end of each day. They were also really tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

My bedroom required a complete refurbishment. This was accomplished by the KBB who provided the appropriate people for each job: plasterer for the walls, electrician for spotlights and a flooring company. Each aspect of the process was to a very high standard. The designer had good ideas of how to the room should look and was very helpful with making the right choices.
The joiners made an excellent job of fitting a high quality wardrobe, bookcase and bedside tables. Everyone involved was very reliable and a pleasure to deal with. I could not have wished for a better result.

We have recently had a new kitchen from KBB. From our initial meeting with Gordon to the fitting of the kitchen from Simon and his team the service has been first class. They were accommodating when timescales with the builders had to be re-arranged.

Great experience from start to finish. We had wardrobes and a vanity unit fitted by KBBC last week. After looking at some national wardrobe companies we went with KBBC because they offered a far more interesting design for a similar price. We re very happy with the quality of the work and they guys doing the work we re very professional throughout.

From the initial planning through to installation and after care of our new kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms, we would thoroughly recommend KBB. As a company they have a close knit team of staff who are helpful, polite & knowledgable with consistently impressive attention to detail. Their workmanship is superlative. I recently purchased a wardrobe/bookcase from the KBB company. The positives was the quality of the product and how good the installers were. The two people who fitted my wardrobe worked none stop, very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They even fitted a small piece of skirting at no extra cost which I had bought to ensure an excellent finish. They where defiantly the best part of my experience with this company. Everyone I spoke to was polite and the showroom was impressive. They designed it well to my needs and gave good advice on working with a limited space to maximise the area I had. Price was reasonable for the service they provided however it is slightly at the higher end compared to the companies I looked at but would still say it was worth paying it.

There was unfortunately a few negatives from my experience. I was first told someone would be in contact within 10-12 days to get a instalation date. I finally was provided with a instalation date just over 3 weeks after I had paid the deposit which was only provided after contacting the company several times to find out (which each time the advised someone would call back but didn t). This was frustrating as it prevented me ordering a bed not knowing when the work would be carried out.



I went with this company due to its excellent reviews and would still probably use them again in future. I do feel a lot of my negative points where due to it being a busy time of the year and the unfortunate accident with the doors which in most cases would not happen. If they hadn t finally offered to replace the doors I would have given them 3 stars. If things had went ok without having the accident I would gave given them 5 despite the delay with getting a installation date. Overall a good company however could of handled my job better which left me feeling slightly disappointed in the end. 4 stars.

Complete renovation of my small, family bathroom. An expensive project but, pre-sales visit demonstrated understanding of my needs. Workmen were reliable and trustworthy. Post-sales (there's always snagging) has been professional. We love the finished result, it's made a big difference.

From the professional advice from a David when ordering to the fitting of 11 wardrobe doors, everything was totally smooth. The fitters Shaun and Innes gave a quick, efficient service, resulting in totally transformed wardrobes. Their attention to detail and their maintenance of a spotlessly clean work area was a delight. We recommend the KBB Company without reservation.
