Their customer service has recently become non existent. They failed to fill a prescription because it needed the doctors approval. I called a week after I requested the refill and they said they had a message into the doctor, and would wait until they got a response from the doctor, not notifying me and leaving me without a needed prescription. When ask why I was not told this, they said there is a statement on the bottle. I looked at the bottle and they had put a label on the bottle over the refill information so it was impossible to read. When I asked how I would know what this information was if they covered it up with another label. The response was they would let me know the number of refills in the future. They seemed to not care when or if I would get the prescription. I think it is now time to look for a new pharmancy.

Has been our pharmacy for twenty years. Once i was given a prescription for an antibiotic that would have been very harmful when combined with the meds i was already taking. The pharmacist caught it a researched other antibiotics and found one compatible with my other drugs. That pharmacist is my angel.

Kay Pharmacy really came through for one of our kiddos! They were the only one, of two or three, pharmacies in town that had a generic medicine. They took their time walking my wife through all of our options, then when we had more questions they spoke with us again. They gave us a great price on what we needed. We will be using them instead of the other, big box grocery store. The customer service is top notch!!

Recently moved to the area and needed to transfer my prescription. Kay Pharmacy is a local business that I was excited to support. They called to let me know they would not be filling my prescription. When I inquired as to why, I was told the store manager refused to stock contraception. Women may be prescribed birth control for a variety of reasons: endometriosis, PCOS, acne, Accutane, painful and/or heavy or menstruation, amenorrhea, egg retrieval for IVF, prevention of pregnancy, etc. Extremely disappointed in this decision by Kay Pharmacy and their actions to hinder access to medication prescribed by an individual s physician.

The customer service is iffy. I had an issue with Sarah who was very rude and disrespectful, when I asked to speak to a manager she REFUSED! 1 week later they sent me a letter saying they won t fill my meds. 2 months ago they sent me a medication that was literally 60x more money than it ever has been. They refused to help me and they forced me to pay that price that s 60x more than it s ever been. My insurance hasn t changed. They deserve a 1 . But since they have my meds in stock I ll give them a 2.

I like that they remember my name, they go above and beyond to help me out if there are any issues. Pharmacist Beth always asks me with a huge smile how I am doing and she always notifies me if I get a new prescription and it may interact with another. The pharmacy techs are awesome as well! I can't say enough good things about Kay Pharmacy!

I was going to Walgreens at first, I received good service & as time moved on I received less & less service. The service became so bad I took my business out of there & went to Kay Pharmacy. At Kay Pharmacy, I was treated like royalty. I needed thyroid pills for my cat Lulu. The employees couldn t be better. It didn t matter how busy they were, someone took the time to listen to my story. Lulu s prescription was filled by the Pharmacist. Plus Lulu s prescription is about half the price compared to Walgreens. I really give Kay Pharmacy more than 5 stars. Thank You Very Much.

So friendly! The moment you walk in you feel welcome there. This neighborhood Pharmacy took me back to when I was young. My grandmother would send me to the neighborhood pharmacy for bandaids, alcohol and even candy! Thank you for bringing those memories back. I want to thank you all for going out of your way on calling the Dr. for his RX and brought my husband his glucose meter from Plainfield to 54th St. WOW! THANK YOU! I highly recommend this business.

Well-staffed. Customer service is light years beyond the big chains. That alone is worth it. But we also love the mail delivery and in-town same day delivery. Perfect for today's busy customer.

There are few businesses I have experienced that have the customer loyalty that Kay Pharmacy enjoys. Great family owned business with defined values and caring for what they do and who they serve. And some great techs too!

I fractured my ankle and needed a knee scooter. Kay's was less of the cost compared to others. I picked up the scooter and after 2 wks of use needed a replacement one. I called the pharmacy spoke with Jake first time around and it wasn't even an issue to get replaced however being on my own at times, I was unable to make it to the pharmacy. Called once again to assure they would have one available to me and spoke with Kevin. He informed me that it was not an issue to replace it plus they could deliver it to my home!! I did not know this at all! He saved me the struggle I would have had to endure alone going to the pharmacy , using my crutches to unload the scooter and carrying the crutches along with riding the scooter indoors plus having to load up the scooter in my truck etc. Kay's is AWESOME!! THANKS KAY PHARMACY!

This is a family-owned, locally-owned business. My family and I have been customers of theirs for decades. I've always been treated with wonderful courtesy and helpfulness. I love the free home delivery, especially as I have started to become disabled over the past few years. Thanks, Mike, and everyone else at Kay for being a part of our community.

Our family, all 3 generations, have trusted Kay Pharmacy to get the quality service and knowledge we need to know about our medicines. They've always been helpful and have responded to the customers needs.

Only pharmacy I know who won't fill prescriptions for contraception. Should be called Kay's Catholic Pharmacy. All the free wheelchair use in the world isn't going to make up for that backward thinking, in my opinion. Only local business I'd like to see go out of business!
