Paul has been a great person to work with. I have ordered from Kassoy and I have had everything shipped quickly. I also find the pricing to be more than fair. I just wanted to say thank you Paul and everyone tube rest of the company.
We recently purchased a jewelry cleaner from them and from the day it was delivered it sat in the same spot, in the same box, never opened. After a change in plans we contacted Jeff about returning the unit and was told it was past their 30 day return policy (60 days) and couldn't be returned.
I understand policy, I write company policy. I have three stores and I do my best to enforce and adhere to "Company Policy". There are exceptions to policy though and I know that. We have been a customer for eight years and have bought thousands and thousands of dollars worth of products, but as soon as I post this I am sending an email to all employees about our new "Policy". WE DO NOT BUY FROM KASSOY!

I have purchased many things from kassoy, from a loupe to a working bench, for many years I never had an incovinience with them, they are berry professional and although I have heard that they over price, well, this is what I say to that, "you pay for what you get" here on 47 there are others seller's but their products are not prime, there cheap, when y you work with previous metals and stones you want the best, to sell the best..... In plain English I love Kassoy.
