I highly recommend Santo Tomas Dental Group not only because they provide all dental work under one roof but also because the offer the best payment plan. I applied for a payment plan in their office and got approved right away and did not have to wait for the approval longer than other places also they offer payment plan without down payment and no interest which was really helpful and convenience for me. I could pay all my dental treatment with their great payment plan options and am so happy that I do not owe anything to my credit cards with includes interests.

$4800 for 2 crowns but I ended with a loose tooth because the technician applied to much pressure on it and also I can see my original teeth behind the crown. I went back to ask for help and the technician denied to fix the problem. Be careful they are nice until you paid everything. When you finish all your payments there's no more smiles for you not even help

I came met with this dental office with a plan. They explained everything I wanted to hear and everything we agreed upon. I was going to get implants, so I paid for the job, 10k to be exact. When it came down to it, they gave me dentures, and when I complained, they demanded 7k more. They did not even try to understand or explain why they did something other than what they promised. If there were a no star rating I would probably leave it at that. Please don't come here, you will leave extremely disappointed.
Came here for a regular check up, turns out I needed more than just a regular cleaning. Got my x rays taken exam by a very nice doctor. They offered me many plans to get my treatment done in their office which also has excellent staff friendly as well. I would recommend to anyone who needs to get their nice white smile back!

I would like to write a review for this clinic because I had such a fabulous experience. I had to get implants for a few months and kept postponing my appointment because I was so afraid of the procedure. I live in Toronto and one of my friends from Los Angeles told me that Santo Tomas Dental Group has the best periodontist and told me about her amazing experience. She told me that even paying for the flight there would be worth it. So I flew there for the implants and couldn't have been happier. I didn't feel any pain... even though the root of my tooth was stuck to the tooth beside it and it was supposed to be a complicated case, it was very easy for him. I truly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to have the top of the line treatment.

I was ripped off a second time here at this clinic. the lady who is in the office scams people I did not need what they did to me and cut my teeth and also charged me $ 2000 dls. Damn old now I can never eat anything hard and apart every three years I have to change the crowns.
My mom was highly recommended to this Dental office by a friend, so she gave a call to see if she can make an appointment but was not sure of a time. The friendly receptionist told her she can walk in at anytime as they would help her right away. As promised, the friendly staff here was able to take care of her right away. The team here is attentive, friendly, helpful, and are very welcoming. My mom was well taken care of from the moment she walked in with the receptionist, to the X-ray tech, to the dentist, the sweet and beautiful finance lady who helped my mom with her payment plan. I am missing a couple others, but everyone was great. I am very pleased with the way my mom was taken care of. This place is elegant looking and clean. They have a convenient parking lot in the back on the building as well. Today was the first consultation.My mom will be coming back to get implanted dentures, cleaning, and a couple other things. Dentist sounded promising so I look forward to see the deliverance on her work and hope to receive the same great service throughout her journey. She has had horrible experiences the last two times she has had dental/dentures work. I hope the third one is the charm here at Santo Thomas Dental Group :)
I feel very good in the clinic, they make me feel like family, the medical attention is very professional and they are always aware of my needs and I sincerely recommend them.
New customer was given an appointment date, drove for an hour to get there to be told there was no appointment listed and no doctor on site! Which means nothing could be done that day not even first time document fill out or xrays. I would not recommend this place. Yes the place looks nice from the inside but I have never been so disappointed.

"odio ese Pinche Santo Tomas" Those are the words of my mother who has struggled to get treated here. They have done nothing to my mom's teeth and no work has been completed because every time she goes in they start doing something else on her. She has spent thousands of dollars and her teeth have not improved. They do no know what they are doing, they act like they do. They never follow up although once you walk in they never get off the phone. They are not professional and they love trying to get the most of your money.

I do not recommend this place, they try to do everything quickly and the price is very high. When I put the braces on, the orthodontist kept scolding me for the color of my teeth. When I started, they gave me a price for the braces and veneers on my teeth, when I finished with the braces which was my surprise that there were no more veneers and that's why it was another quite high price. There was always some hidden extra charge. They sent me to another place for the X-rays and it was to pay there also apart from the payment of 320 that I gave to the financier for the brakes. The truth is a place I wouldn't send my worst enemy to.

I write this review in Spanish because I know that most of the people who read me are Latinos since we are Latinos the perfect market in which this medical group focuses to obtain its very large profits, my experience in this place was very unpleasant and It was the following: my husband and I have insurance which pays half of the expenses generated, they made the corresponding plates and told us the procedures we needed and I required many more procedures than my husband, which caught my attention in First stay was that when the doctor saw my radiographs he said "oh good business" referring to the fact that he would obviously get his earnings and that is correct, only that the comment was out of place because it did not give me confidence, and what ended up convincing me not to I did not have any procedures there when they took us to an office to see how the payments were made, the lady told us her insurance covers half and the other half we are going to finance them 24 months without interest (which is a lie since all financing has interest sooner or later) for my part it would be 5000 dlls and for my husband 2000 of course it was very good bussines for them since I did not require of all those procedures that they told me to the wisdom teeth that I still do not have they wanted to take me out hahaha I told my husband you know that this does not smell good we should not waste our insurance here we go to another place for more options and the lady He was super insistent so much that he left the office for a moment to convince another man who would look at him through one of the cameras they have in his office signing their papers, at that moment I told my husband we are just going to pay what they did to us of the plates and when we were leaving the lady hurried up and stopped us, told us not to leave, and at that moment, who could not convince us, began to yell at her employees and tell everyone to meet at my office urgent and from his office he pointed out to me and my husband that they had let us go that they were not doing their job well, I felt sorry for the employees and for their poor ethics they behaved the worst and obviously we will never return to that place , we feel that we had gotten rid of a very large debt and unnecessary procedures
When someone loves what they do I can tell and Dr farr is the best dentist I ever had and although I'm not the ideal patient he has taught me so much that it reflects on my daughter's teeth she has no cavities and it's all thanks to what I have learned and important of caring for your oral health he will do everything in his power to make the visit less difficult than it has to be I really wish I had met him years ago before all the bad dentists I've had. things will have been so different thank you Dr far and all your staff for your amazing attention and care
This is very nice dental office. plenty room of parking in the lot and off the street so you never end up running late for your appointment. The front desk are welcoming, nice spacious waiting area, the entire staff, assistants, and doctors are super nice and caring... definitely recommended for general and implant dentistry
