Jamie truely loves kids and it's an easy and pleasant experience every time I bring my daughter to Royal Orthodontics. I live in NJ and can see other orthodontist in my town. However, the drive into Manhattan is truly worth it!! Thx Dr. Jamie!!

I've been receiving orthodontic treatment from Dr. Royal for over a year now and she is absolutely such a pleasure to have as an orthodontist. Dr. Royal is absolutely amazing. From my first visit she always gave me an accurate outline of treatment and detailed care. She is extremely attentive and caring. Her staff are professional, considerate, and polite. Making adjustments to appointments is easy and straight forward without the hassle. I was hesitant to get orthodontic work done as an adult but I could not be happier with my results. What an easy and convenient process! Dr. Royal and her team are so accommodating and really care about their patients. I also appreciate the convenient location.

Dr. Jamie Royal is a wonderful practitioner -- and incredibly sweet too ! I am SO thrilled with the results -- after just 8 months of braces, my smile has never looked better and I can't just say enough to recommend her. Her staff is wonderful -- they work together as a team - and the entire process was seamless and painless. I'm getting mega-compliments on my teeth and I just can't stop smiling !!! :-D

The decision to fix my teeth in my early 30s was a scary one, but in a little over a year, Dr. Royal completely changed my life. I cannot imagine having gone on this journey with another orthodontist, for a number of reasons. First of all, Dr. Royal is extremely thorough and really takes the time to explain the full range of options available to you. She doesn t push the most expensive option AND is realistic about what you can expect from her, and what will be expected of you to get ideal results. I chose to get corrective jaw surgery with a surgeon recommended by Dr. Royal. They worked together seamlessly to make me a surgical plan and made a very overwhelming experience as comfortable as it could be. I felt so supported throughout this entire process, from Invisalign, to braces to jaw surgery, to maintaining my perfectly straight teeth! Dr. Royal loves what she does and cares so much about her patients and it comes through in everything she does. On top of that, she has a beautiful office and amazing staff (Melissa, Agnes and Christian!), all of whom I ll miss now that the orthodontia is behind me.

Dr. Royal couldn't have been more lovely to work with - she recently made me a nightgaurd because the one I had from my old doctor broke. She explained (with the utmost beside manner) about the new technology/design she wanted to use to make my new device and why she thought it would be so much more comfortable for me than the previous based on the way I grind etc - and I haven't slept better since!! I will definitely be going back to this office - everyone was so nice and accommodating.

My recent appointment with Dr Royal very much exceeded expectations. Her office emailed me few appt times, responded quickly to confirm my selection, and scheduled me to see the dr within a few days. After I emailed my insurance information, I received a personal note from the staff confirming my coverage options so I wouldn't have any surprises. I was seen promptly, and was immediately impressed and disarmed by a warm, charming, bright young dr. She gave options without "selling" and emailed me with her personal email in case I had any questions. Really exceptional experience. Highly recommended.

My daughter is a patient of Dr. Royal's and we are beyond thrilled with the treatment we have received so far. This is a doctor who is truly practicing to improve the lives of her patients. The staff were all extremely welcoming and fun with my kids. It's a clean, new office where she can treat numerous patients at once, but you always feel personally taken care of.

We had to delay the first treatment because of an insurance issue and the office was so helpful, never rude or demanding like so many other offices in NYC can be once you have a slight issue in billing or scheduling. HIGHLY recommended.

Update: We are about 4-5 months into our daughters treatment and couldn't be happier. We first had expander and it was amazing how quickly this let her teeth come into place. We have a few braces now on top and it's really coming together. My daughter loves going and grilling the staff about what they are doing to her mouth.

Highly recommend! I was referred to Dr Royal for treatment to prepare for jaw surgery. She worked seamlessly with my out of state surgeon and delivered as promised. Dr Royal is truly passionate about her line of work she is is patient, expert, and professional. I couldn t have asked for a better outcome or patient experience.

Dr. Jamie is the best!! I m a tough critic and not one to dole out 5 stars but Dr. Jamie is great at the ortho piece and just as talented working with kids. She knows how to get a child to cooperate without bribing at the end of a very long day with a very cranky child. to Dr. Royal!
