My recent appointment with Dr Royal very much exceeded expectations. Her office emailed me few appt times, responded quickly to confirm my selection, and scheduled me to see the dr within a few days. After I emailed my insurance information, I received a personal note from the staff confirming my coverage options so I wouldn't have any surprises. I was seen promptly, and was immediately impressed and disarmed by a warm, charming, bright young dr. She gave options without "selling" and emailed me with her personal email in case I had any questions. Really exceptional experience. Highly recommended.
