Excelent & most of all they were very affordable, my car is not American made it's a (BMW) more costly in most situations, not only was my car fixed, the cost was less then other automotive repair shops estamints.....

I had used Karr's prior with no issue. However the last oil change done for us did not last even a month. Not sure what that issues was, however he failed to top off the fluids etc. Had him check a leak and he told me it was a minor and not to worry about it. Turns out is was the water pump which was replaced ( using another local shop) just this week, When called about the oil change he never offered to do another one for free of refund money on it. He seems to be busy and shorthanded but still poor service is just that.

I had an emergency with my car on a cold, snowy evening driving through town. I called Karr s and they immediately offered to fix the issue for free. They obviously had the tools and skills necessary to fix the issue in a timely and professional manner. I am grateful for their expertise and friendly demeanor, and would highly recommend them.
