I had used Karr's prior with no issue. However the last oil change done for us did not last even a month. Not sure what that issues was, however he failed to top off the fluids etc. Had him check a leak and he told me it was a minor and not to worry about it. Turns out is was the water pump which was replaced ( using another local shop) just this week, When called about the oil change he never offered to do another one for free of refund money on it. He seems to be busy and shorthanded but still poor service is just that.
